Abstract

Kawasan Jalan Raya Pandugo, Penjaringan Sari, Kecamatan Rungkut, Kota Surabaya merupakan salah satu area pemukiman dan kegiatan perekonomian padat yang diprediksi akan terus berkembang dan kemungkinan mengalami perubahan tata guna lahan di masa depan. Perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan, memenuhi kelengkapan informasi geospasial yang multi-dimensi sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan di perencanaan, pembangunan, dan operasional wilayah kota. Manuskrip konvensional/peta digital (dua dimensi) dinilai belum cukup untuk memberikan peluang – peluang mempelajari detail situasi pada infrastruktur dan fasilitas publik sehingga diperlukan teknologi pemodelan tiga dimensi kota untuk menampilkan lebih detail visual, menceritakan lebih banyak, menganalisis objek lebih akurat, merepresentasikan bentuk digital lebih baik, sehingga mampu mengoptimalkan pemahaman kognitif. menggunakan data LiDAR dan ortofoto sebagai data dasar pemodelan tiga dimensi kota dalam rangka melakukan pengujian terhadap hasil model dan kondisi existing dengan tingkat kedetailan 2 atau LOD 2. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, terdapat 1684 bangunan model tiga dimensi dengan
nilai RMSE geometri keliling sebesar 1,089 meter dari standar maksimum 2 meter, dan dengan nilai presentase kesalahan luas rata – rata sebesar 0,307% dari batas toleransi 2%, serta dihasilkan nilai RMSE sebesar 1,794 meter untuk tinggi bangunan model dari standar maksimum 2 meter. Nilai – nilai tersebut adalah bahwa model spesifikasi untuk LOD 2.

Jalan Raya Pandugo, Penjaringan Sari, Rungkut District, Surabaya City is one of the residential areas, and dense economic activities are predicted to continue to grow and are likely to experience changes in land use in the future. The development of technology and needs, the fulfillment of the completeness of multi-dimensional geospatial information as the basis for decision making in the planning, development, and operation of urban areas. Conventional manuscripts/digital maps (two-dimensional maps) are considered insufficient to provide opportunities to study the details of the infrastructure. So that three-dimensional city modeling technology is needed to display visual details more clearly, tell more details, analyze objects more accurately, represent digital forms better to optimize cognitive understanding. Using LiDAR data and aerial photos or orthophoto as primary data for three-dimensional city modeling to test the model results with existing conditions with a level of detail two or LOD 2. Based on the research that has been done, there are 1684 three-dimensional model buildings with a perimeter geometry RMSE value of 1.089 meters from a maximum standard of 2 meters, and with an average area error percentage value of 0.307% from the tolerance limit of 2%, and the resulting RMSE value of 1.794 meters for the model building height from a maximum standard of 2 meters. These values indicate that the model meets the specifications for LOD 2.
