Rumah tinggal merupakan suatu bentuk rancangan yang bersifat sangat individual. Hal ini, dikarenakan setiap rumah tinggal dibentuk berdasarkan karakter klien dan kegiatan yang akan terjadi pada rancangan tersebut. ZHR House yang berlokasi di Perumahan Green Leaf Regency Surabaya dibuat berdasarkan referensi klien beserta kegiatannya. Oleh karena itu, rancangan rumah tinggal ini berfokus untuk menghadirkan desain yang tidak hanya nyaman akan tetapi juga memperhatikan factor estetika area sekitar. Penggunaan langgam modern dan penambahan fungsi ruang berupa Home Office digunakan untuk menunjang kegiatan dan karakteristik pribadi klien yang kebanyakan akan menghabiskan waktunya di dalam rumah. Elemen-elemen arsitektur yang dihadirkan pada rancangan ini juga memperkuat karakteristik klien dan menyesuaikan tampilan urban sekitar.

Pusat informasi bukan hanya memberikan fungsi sebagai pemberi informasi mengenai tempat wisata saja akan tetapi, juga bisa menunjang aktifitas wisata tempat itu sendiri. Hal inilah yang dijadikan dasar perancangan Tourism Information Center pada Taman Candra Wilwatikta Pandaan. Bangunan ini dirancang berdasarkan identitas dari taman yang merupakan area peninggalan Majapahit yang kaya akan nilai Arsitektur Jawa/Majapahit. Oleh karena itu, bangunan ini dihadirkan dengan langgam arsitektur Jawa/Majapahit yang memiliki bentuk geometri dan tampilan yang khas. Demi menunjang fasilitas wisata pada area tapak, pada akhirnya juga dihadirkan fungsi-fungsi public tambahan yang bertujuan untuk merepresentasikan sejarah tapak juga mengenalkan nilai-nilai sejarah dan budaya Majapahit.

Residential house is a form of design that is very individual. This is because each residential house is formed based on the character of the client and the activities that will occur in the design. ZHR House which is located in Green Leaf Regency Surabaya Housing is made based on client references and their activities. Therefore, this residential design focuses on presenting a design that is not only comfortable but also pays attention to the aesthetic factor of the surrounding area. The use of modern style and the addition of space functions in the form of a Home Office are used to support the activities and personal characteristics of clients who will mostly spend their time at home. The architectural elements presented in this design also strengthen the client's characteristics and adjust the appearance of the surrounding urban area.

The information center not only provides a function as a provider of information about tourist attractions, but can also support the tourist activities of the place itself. This is the basis for designing the Tourism Information Center at Taman Candra Wilwatikta Pandaan. This building was designed based on the identity of the garden which is a Majapahit heritage area which is rich in Javanese/Majapahit architectural values. Therefore, this building is presented with a Javanese/Majapahit architectural style that has a geometric shape and a distinctive appearance. In order to support tourism facilities in the site area, in the end, additional public functions were also presented which aim to represent the history of the site as well as introduce the historical and cultural values of Majapahit.
