Abstract

Proyek perancangan arsitektur 1 merupakan kegiatan merancang mulai dari pra desain hingga estimasi biaya, sedangkan proyek perancangan arsitektur 2 merupakan kegiatan merancang mulai dari pra desain hingga pelaksanaan yang dilakukan di konsultan arsitek, sehingga proyek yang dilakukan akan dibangun. Perancangan arsitektur 1 merancang rumah tinggal yang berfokus pada kesehatan pengguna bangunan berlokasi di Tulungagung Jawa Timur, fokus tersebut meliputi aspek lingkungan seperti cahaya matahari dan sirkulasi udara serta pemilihan material yang tidak mengandung zat berbahaya sedangkan perancangan arsitektur 2 merancang rumah tinggal mixed use yang berfokus pada ranah komersial berlokasi di Sidoarjo Jawa Timur, fokus tersebut didukung oleh implementasi rancangan yaitu dua pertiga luasan bangunan dikhususkan untuk komersial. Hal yang diutamakan yaitu fasad, memaksimalkan kebutuhan ruang dan zona privasi pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil perancangan arsitektur 1 diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengguna untuk hidup sehat dan berdasarkan hasil perancangan arsitektur 2 diharapkan dapat meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan yang menyewa. Selain itu dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap lingkungan yaitu sebagai street picture dan role model bangunan sekitarnya.

Architectural design project 1 is a design activity starting from pre-design until cost estimation, while architectural design project 2 is a design activity starting from pre-design until implementation carried out at the architect consultant, so the project undertaken will be built. Architectural design 1 designs a residential house that focuses on the health of building users located in Tulungagung, East Java, the focus includes environmental aspects such as sunlight and air circulation as well as the selection of materials that do not contain hazardous substances while architectural design 2 designs a mixed use residential house that focuses on the realm of the commercial area is located in Sidoarjo, East Java, this focus is supported by the implementation of the design, namely two-thirds of the building area is devoted to commercial use. The priority are the facade, maximizing space requirements and customer privacy zones. Based on the results of architectural design 1, it is expected to increase users for healthy living and based on the results of architectural design 2, it is expected to increase the number of customers and customer satisfaction who rent. In addition, it can have a positive impact on the environment, namely as a street picture and role model of the surrounding buildings.
