Abstract

Bangunan rumah tinggal 2 lantai ini mengusung gaya arsitektur modern tropis dimana sesuai dengan iklim dimana lokasi lahan berada. Karakteristik bangunan modern tropis yang diaplikasikan pada hunian ini adalah mulai dari penataan denah rumah, ruang-ruang yang ada pada bangunan, sirkulasi udara dan pencahayaan, hingga penggunaan material, semuanya mempertimbangkan kesesuaiannya dengan iklim dan cuaca yang umumnya ada pada daerah-daerah yang beriklim tropis. Hadirnya Rumah Cinere ini akan memicu perencanaan rumah-rumah baru di masa yang datang untuk memiliki ruang terbuka lebih banyak dan luas, serta tidak menyalahi regulasi setempat. Selain itu, juga memungkinkan perencanaan rumah-rumah baru yang mengusung arsitektur modern tropis untuk merespon iklim setempat dengan penggunaan material dan pemanfaatan unsur alami. proyek rumah tinggal ini merupakan rancangan oleh Adria Yurike Architects yang kemudian dikembangkan kembali untuk kepentingan tugas Proyek Perancangan Arsitektur 2. Rumah tinggal 2 lantai dan 1 basement ini merupakan hunian milik keluarga muda dengan 2 anak. Rumah tinggal ini menyusung konsep modern tropis yang kental dengan sentuhan aksen arsitektur nusantara sesuai keinginan klien. Konsep dari objek rancang ini berawal dari penataan ruang yang berbasis kebiasaan dan cara hidup klien. Pada lantai 1 terdiri atas 1 massa utama dan 1 massa servis yang menempel pada bangunan utama. Pada lantai 2 terdiri atas 2 massa privat yang kemudian disambung dengan panggung kayu dimana ruang yang berada di atas panggung tersebut memiliki program sebagai ruang multifungsi. Lantai 2 diselubungi oleh panel kayu untuk menambahkan kesan tropis dan membuat rumah seakan-akan terangkat seperti rumah panggung.

This 2-storey residential building carries a tropical modern architectural style which is in accordance with the climate where the land is located. The characteristics of tropical modern buildings that are applied to this residence are starting from the arrangement of house plans, the existing spaces in the building, air circulation and lighting, to the use of materials, all taking into account their suitability with the climate and weather that generally exists in tropical areas. . The presence of Rumah Cinere will trigger the planning of new houses in the future to have more and wider open space, and not to violate local regulations. In addition, it also allows the planning of new houses that carry tropical modern architecture to respond to the local climate with the use of materials and the use of natural elements. This residential project was originally designed by Adria Yurike Architects which was later redeveloped for the purpose of Architectural Design Project 2. This 2-storey and 1-basement residential house is a residence owned by a young family with 2 children. This residence composes a tropical modern concept that is thick with a touch of architectural accents of the archipelago according to the client's wishes. The concept of this design object begins with a spatial arrangement based on the client's habits and way of life. On the 1st floor consists of 1 main mass and 1 service mass attached to the main building. On the 2nd floor consists of 2 private masses which are then connected to a wooden stage where the space above the stage has a program as a multifunctional room. The secong floor is covered by wood panels to add a tropical feel and make the house look like a raised house on stilts.
