Abstract

1. Membedah, memanjangkan, mengurangi. Kasus sebuah keluarga tumbuh di Malang. Sebuah ruang dibedah dari struktur tipikal dinding ke dinding untuk memaksimalkan pemandangan dari bagian dalam ruangan. Beranggotakan 6 orang, keluarga klien membutuhkan hunian baru untuk ditinggali dalam jangka panjang karena pindah dari rumah mereka sebelumnya. Mengingat hunian ini akan menaungi berbagai fungsi sebagai rumah akhir pekan, rumah masa tua juga tempat tinggal sementara untuk kebutuhan pendidikan putra mereka, maka diputuskan hunian akan dirancang dalam bentuk villa. 2. Klien dari rancangan ini merupakan seorang kolektor mobil. Cafe yang dirancang akan digunakan untuk men-display mobil koleksi klien. Dengan lahan yang tidak terlalu luas dan sulit untuk manuver mobil, maka ide untuk men-display mobil adalah dengan menentukan aksis vertikal sebagai cara mengakomodasi pergerakan mobil-mobil tersebut di dalam sebuah panoramic car lift. Karena menggunakan lift, maka posisi lift bisa dinaik-turunkan sehingga punya level yang bisa diatur posisinya di dalam cafe. Ide selanjutnya adalah agar mobil bisa dilihat oleh pengunjung dari segala sisi: samping, atas, bawah, sehingga panoramic car lift tadi disebar ke 3 area di dalam zona bangunan.

1. Dissect, elongate, subtract. The case of a growing family in Malang. A realm dissected from the typically attached wall-to-wall structures to maximize its extensive site's axis while maintaining the occupant's privacy and preserving views from the inside. Consisted of 6 person, the client's family needs a new place for a long-term occupation partially move over from their previous house. Considering that the new house will shelter various function such as a rest house, a future permanent old-age dwelling, also a temporary shelter for their son's educational needs, it is then decided that the house would be designed in the form of a villa. 2. The client of this project is a car collector. This cafe proposal will be used to display his car collection. With a site that is not too large and too difficult for maneuvering the car, the idea to display the objects inside is to determine the vertical axis as a way to accommodate the movement in a panoramic car lift. Because it uses a lift, the position of the lift can be raised and lowered so that it has a level that can be adjusted in the cafe. The next idea is so that the car can be seen by visitors from all sides: side, top, bottom, so that the panoramic car lifts are spread to 3 areas within the building zone.
