Abstract
Volume lalu lintas penerbangan yang hanya melewatiwilayah Indonesia atau overflying cukup besar. Sebanyak 23 juta penumpang per tahun mengudara di atas wilayah Indonesia tanpa melakukan transit di tanah air. PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) mengusulkan Bandar Udara Internasional Yogyakarta (YIA) menjadi hub transit penerbangan internasional, dengan tujuan menyerap lalu lintas overflying yang selama ini belum dioptimalkan. Indonesia memiliki letak geografis yang strategis karena berada di antara dua benua, Australia dan Asia. Posisi tersebut sangat berpotensi membuat Indonesia menjadi hub untuk penerbangan Internasional. Untuk mengetahui, apakah Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta (YIA) layak untuk menjadi bandara transit hub internasional, perlu dilakukan analisis lebih lanjut. Data-data yang akan diperoleh nantinya adalah rute penerbangan, data tipe pesawat yang beroperasi, Jarak penerbangan, tarif penerbangan, durasi penerbangan, dan payload untuk penerbangan overflying dan penerbangan overflying yang sama dengan perubahan lokasi transit/stopover menjadi di Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta (YIA). Selanjutnya, dari data-data yang diperoleh akan dibandingkan dan dihitung perubahannya antara kondisi sebelum dan sesudah lokasi transit dipindah ke Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta (YIA). Selain itu, diperlukan juga data elevasi bandara, kemiringan landasan, dan suhu lapangan bandara untuk menghitung panjang landasan pacu minimum yang dibutuhkan oleh Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta agar dapat melayani pesawat terbesar yang membutuhkan panjang runway terpanjang. Hasil yang diharapkan pada tugas akhir ini adalah hasil analisis kemungkinan dijadikannya Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta (YIA) menjadi bandara transit hub internasional untuk memanfaatkan potensi overflying. Setelah dilakukan pengumpulan dan pengolahan data, didapatkan 205 rute penerbangan overflying beserta hasil perhitungan perubahan jarak, tarif, durasi, dan payload penerbangan antara kondisi eksisting dan rencana. Untuk Jarak penerbangan, didapatkan selisih akumulasi sebesar 218.331 km atau berkurang sebesar 10,43 persen. Kemudian, untuk tarif penerbangan, didapatkan selisih akumulasi sebesar Rp450.589.908,- atau berkurang sebesar 10,51 persen. Untuk variabel durasi penerbangan, didapatkan selisih akumulasi sebesar 207 jam 6 menit atau berkurang sebesar 4,89 persen. Untuk jumlah payload maksimum, didapatkan selisih akumulasi sebesar -580.326 kg atau bertambah sebesar 3,28 persen. Selain itu, didapatkan juga hasil perhitungan panjang runway minimum untuk pesawat Boeing 777-300 ER, yaitu sebesar 3.507 m.

The volume of flight traffic that only passes through the
territory of Indonesia or overflying is quite large. As many as 23
million passengers per year fly over the territory of Indonesia
without making a transit in the country. PT. Angkasa Pura I
(Persero) proposes Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) to
become a transit hub for international flights, with the aim of
absorbing overflying traffic which has not been optimized so far.
Indonesia has a strategic geographical location because it is
located between two continents, Australia and Asia. This position
has the potential to make Indonesia a hub for international flights.
To find out whether Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) is
worthy of becoming an international hub transit airport, further
analysis is needed.
Data-data yang akan diperoleh nantinya adalah rute
penerban The data that will be obtained later is the flight route,
type of aircraft, flight distance, flight fares, flight duration, and
payload for overflying flight routes and the exact same overflying
flight routes with a different transit/stopover location to
Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) . Furthermore, the data
obtained will be compared and the changes between conditions
before and after the transit location moved to Yogyakarta
International Airport (YIA) will be calculated. In addition, airport
elevation data, runway slope, and airport field temperatures are
also required to calculate the minimum runway length required in
order to serve the largest aircraft that require the longest runway
length. The expected result in this final project is the analysis of
the possibility of making Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA)
an international transit hub airport to take advantage of the
potential for overflying.
After collecting and processing data, 205 overflying flight
routes were obtained along with the calculation results of changes
in distance, fares, duration, and flight payload between existing
and planned conditions. For flight distances, the accumulated
difference is 218,331 km or a decrease of 10.43 percent. Then, for
flight fares, the accumulated difference was Rp.450,589,908, - or
decreased by 10.51 percent. For the flight duration variable, the
accumulated difference was 207 hours 6 minutes or decreased by
4.89 percent. For the maximum payload, the accumulated
difference is -580,326 kg or an increase of 3.28 percent. In
addition, the results of the calculation of the minimum runway
length for Boeing 777-300 ER aircraft are also obtained, which is
3,507 m.
