Abstract

Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) merupakan unit eselon I di bawah Kementerian Keuangan yang mempunyai tugas merumuskan serta melaksanakan kebijakan dan standardisasi teknis di bidang perpajakan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, DJP memiliki unit kantor operasional salah satunya adalah Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama (KPP Pratama). KPP Pratama menangani penerimaan pajak dalam wilayah tingkat Kecamatan. Namun semenjak adanya pandemi COVID-19 yang menyebar pada akhir tahun 2019, kegiatan di segala bidang termasuk sosial dan ekonomi secara mendunia terpengaruh tak terkecuali kegiatan pelayanan DJP. Dalam menangani penyebaran virus, pemerintah merancang sejumlah kebijakan. Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru disusun sebagai upaya pemulihan kembali keberlangsungan ekonomi serta aktivitas yang sempat terhalang oleh pandemi dengan cara beriringan dengan upaya pencegahan atau pengendalian penularan virus COVID-19.
Konsep eco-technology dan penerapan Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru disusun berdasarkan data yang ditemukan pada saat observasi. Kemudian dilakukan studi literatur untuk meninjau kesesuaian antara kebutuhan desain dan konsep yang akan diterapkan. Selain itu, dilakukan wawancara terhadap beberapa staff KPP Pratama Surabaya Gubeng untuk menggali informasi mengenai kegiatan dan kebutuhan desain.
Oleh karena itu, melihat banyaknya perubahan yang sudah dan akan terjadi dalam sistem kerja organisasi DJP, perlu diterapkan penataan ulang interior KPP Pratama Surabaya Gubeng. Konsep eco-technology menghadirkan interior yang sustainable dengan penerapan teknologi yang memudahkan pekerjaan bagi pengguna. Kemudian dalam menghadapi situasi pandemi saat ini dan demi berlangsungnya kegiatan perekonomian, perlu dilakukan upaya pencegahan penularan virus COVID-19 dengan mengakomodasi Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru pada interior KPP Pratama Surabaya Gubeng. Melalui konsep eco-technology dan akomodasi terhadap Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru diharapkan pengguna dapat merasakan semangat kerja yang baru sehingga proses pelayanan pajak dapat dilakukan secara optimal dan aman.

The Tax Directorate General (DJP) is an echelon I unit under the Indonesian Ministry of Finance which has the task of formulating and implementing policies and technical standardization in the field of taxation. In its implementation, DJP has Pratama Tax Service Office (KPP Pratama) as one of their operational office units. KPP Pratama handles tax revenues in the sub-district level. However, since the COVID-19 pandemic which spread at the end of 2019, activities in all fields including social and economic sectors have been affected globally, including the DJP service activities. In dealing with the spread of the virus, the government designed a number of policies. The Adaptation of New Habits was prepared as an effort to restore economic sustainability and activities that had been hindered by the pandemic in tandem with efforts to prevent or control the transmission of the COVID-19 virus.
The concept of eco-technology and the application of Adaptation to New Habits is based on the data found at the time of observation. A literature study was conducted to review the suitability between the design requirements and the concept to be applied. In addition, interviews were conducted with several staff of KPP Pratama Surabaya Gubeng to obtain information about activities and design needs.
Therefore, considering the many changes that have occurred and will occur in the work system of the DJP organization, it is necessary to implement an interior reorganization of the Surabaya Gubeng KPP Pratama. The eco-technology concept presents a sustainable interior with the application of technology that makes work easier for users. For the sake of continuing economic activities, it is necessary to prevent the transmission of the COVID-19 virus by accommodating the Adaptation of New Habits in the interior of KPP Pratama Surabaya Gubeng. Through the concept of eco-technology and accommodation to the Adaptation of New Habits, it is hoped that users can feel a new work spirit so that the tax service process can be carried out optimally and safely.
