Abstract

Kopi di Indonesia menjadi salah satu sumber daya alam yang dicari-cari masyarakat internasional. Meningkatnya produksi kopi di Indonesia juga dipengaruhi oleh kebutuhan dunia terhadap kopi yang selalu meningkat. Metode produksi kopi semakin hari semakin berkembang dan selalu meningkat inovasinya. Peningkatan ini dibutuhkan untuk menunjang kulitas kopi di Indonesia agar semakin baik. Praktik ini perlu adanya edukasi pada masyarakat maupun praktisi agar masyarakat dapat dengan mudah ikut memahami proses produksi kopi dengan kualitas yang baik. Berkembangnya produksi kopi di Indonesia ini akan lebih lengkap lagi jika diiringi oleh inovasi Arsitektur.
Ketersediaan fasilitas alam di Gunung Anjasmoro, Kecamatan Wonosalam, Kabupaten Jombang, sangat memadai untuk berpartisipasi dalam peningkatan produksi kopi Indonesia. Praktik inovasi produksi kopi ini menggunakan pendekatan praktik.. Pemanfaatan kondisi lahan dapat ditunjang dengan metode tertentu seperti metode layering dan depresiasi bidang. Tujuannya adalah memudahkan sistem pascapanen kopi yang efisien.
Rancangan Rumah Pascapanen Kopi di Wonosalam ini bertujuan meningkatkan daya jual kopi lokal, ditambah dengan nilai wisata edukasi. Dengan seperti ini akan bermanfaat bagi warga lokal maupun wisatawan. Rancangan ini akan merefleksikan kerja keras petani Indonesia pada masyarakat umum, diiringi dengan sensasi alam saat menikmati kopi dari proses awal di perkebunan hingga keindahan rasa secangkir kopi.

Coffee in Indonesia is one of the natural resources sought after by the international community. The increase in coffee production in Indonesia is also influenced by the world's increasing demand for coffee. Coffee production methods are always increasing in innovation. It is needed to support the quality of coffee in Indonesia to make it better. The project requires education for the public and practitioners so that people can easily understand the process of producing good quality coffee. The development of coffee production in Indonesia will be even more complete if it is accompanied by architectural innovation.
The natural sources in Mount Anjasmoro, Wonosalam, Jombang, is potential to participate in increasing Indonesian coffee production. This innovative practice of coffee production uses a practical approach. Utilization of land conditions can be supported by certain methods such as layering methods and depressed plane methods. The goal is to facilitate an efficient coffee post-harvest system.
The design of the Postharvest Coffee House in Wonosalam aims to increase the selling power of local coffee, plus the value of educational tourism. In this way it will be beneficial for local residents and tourists. This design will reflect the hard work of Indonesian farmers to the public, accompanied by the natural sensation of enjoying coffee from the first process in the plantation to the beautiful taste of a cup of coffee.
