Abstract

CGV Sinema Terpadu merupakan penggabungan dari Fasilitas Sinema Terpadu Surabaya dan perusahaan bioskop CGV Cinemas. Penggabungan keduannya dikarenakan persamaan visi, yaitu menjadikan bioskop sebagai culturplex. CGV Sinema Terpadu Surabaya merupakan sebuah objek nonriil berupa gedung bioskop yang berdiri sendiri. CGV Sinema Terpadu Surabaya menggunakan lokasi eksisting di Jalan Raya Dharmo Permai III Kelurahan Tanjungsari Kecamatan Sukomanunggal Kota Surabaya, berisikan beberapa fasilitas yang dijadikan dalam satu wadah. Beberapa fasilitas tersebut diantaranya adalah 9 studio kecil dan 1 studio besar, merchstore, foodcourt dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya.
Sebagai sentra hiburan dunia perfilman, CGV Sinema Terpadu harus memiliki pembeda dengan CGV yang lain, baik dari segi fasilitas maupun konsep interiornya. Survei kuisioner dilakukan kepada masyarakat Surabaya untuk menentukan fasilitas yang akan diterapkan. Mulai dari type studio hingga fasilitas tambahan. Hasil dari survei, fasilitas tambahan yang akan diterapkan adalah ruang pamer. Hadirnya fasilitas tersebut menambah fungsi dari bioskop, yang sebelumnya hanya sebagai tempat rekreatif, bertambah fungsi menjadi tempat yang edukatif.
Konsep yang diterapkan adalah Dunia Perfilman karena konsep tersebut masih berhubungan dengan objek yang berupa bioskop. Konsep Dunia Perfilman dapat dijadikan sebagai landasan untuk menciptakan desain yang rekreatif dan edukatif. Desain tersebut berupa ruang pamer dengan suasana dunia perfilman yang menarik dan berisi konten yang dapat mengedukasi masyarakat tentang dunia perfilman.

Some of these facilities include 9 small studios and 1 large studio, merchstore, foodcourt, and other supporting facilities.
As an entertainment center for the world of cinema, CGV Sinema Terpadu must be different from other CGVs, both in terms of facilities and interior concepts. Supervision of supervision is carried out to the people of Surabaya to determine the facilities to be implemented. Starting from the type of studio to additional facilities. The results of the survey, additional facilities that will be implemented are showrooms. The presence of these facilities adds to the function of the cinema, which was previously only a recreational place, has increased its function to become an educational place.
The concept applied in CGV Sinema Terpadu is the Movie World, because the concept is still related to the object in the form of a cinema. The concept of the Movie World can be used as a basis for creating recreational and educational designs. The design is in the form of a showroom with an interesting cinematic atmosphere and contains content that can educate the public about the world of cinema.
