Abstract
Perkembangan pembangunan bidang transportasi di Indonesia semakin meningkat. Salah satunya adalah pembangunan double track kereta api jalur selatan antara Mojokerto-Jombang. Pada proyek ini terdapat pekerjaan pergantian jembatan kereta api. Dengan jembatan eksisting tipe pony truss diganti dengan jembatan WTT (Welded Through Truss) bentang 46,5 meter..
Pada proyek akhir ini membahas metode pelaksanaan pergantian jembatan kereta api pada struktur atasnya. Metode yang dipilih yaitu dengan menggeser jembatan baru menuju as eksisting. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya tidak boleh mengganggu jadwal perjalanan kereta api. Sehingga harus direncananakan metode-metodenya. Lingkup pekerjaan dalam metode tersebut antara lain, melakukan perkuatan jalur eksisting untuk pengamanan perjalanan KA, pekerjaan geseran jembatan, dan pekerjaan pasca geseran.
Perhitungan struktur perkuatan jalur eksisting mengacu pada SNI 1729-2015. Proses perhitungan struktur meliputi analisis pembebanan, pemodelan pada SAP, dan analisis gaya dalam. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perhitungan, profil-profil baja yang digunakan harus memenuhi syarat lendutan yang diijinkan yaitu kurang dari sama dengan 1/800 L. Dengan profil-profil yang memenuhi syarat adalah WF 900x450, WF 700x300, WF 500x300, dan HB 300x300. Selain itu total durasi yang digunakan dalam tahap penggeseran jembatan WTT 46,5 meter adalah 110 menit. Adapun total RAB untuk pekerjaan pergantian jembatan kereta api ini sebesar Rp 1.040.116.800,-

The development of the transportation sector in Indonesia is increasingly advanced. One of them is the construction of a double-track train in the south line between Mojokerto - Jombang. In this project, there is an operation to replace the railway bridge. With the existing bridge type in the form of a pony truss, it is replaced with a WTT (Welded Through Truss) which has 46,5 meters longer span.
This final project discusses the implementation method for the replacement of Railway Bridges on Upper Structures. The method chosen is by shifting the new bridge to the existing axle. However, in its implementation, it should not interfere with the train travel schedule. Therefore, the methods must be planned. The scope of work in this method, among others, reinforcement existing lines to secure rail travel, bridge sliding work, and post-sliding work.
Calculation of the existing line reinforcement structure refers to SNI 1729-2015. The structural calculation process includes load analysis, modeling in SAP, and internal force analysis. Based on the results of the calculation analysis, the steel profiles used must comply with the allowable deflection requirements, which are less than 1/800L. The eligible profiles are WF 900 x 450, WF 700x300, WF 500 x 300, and HB 300x300. Other than, the total duration used for shifting WTT 46,5 bridge is 110 minutes. The Total Budget Plan for this railway bridge replacement work is Rp. 1,040,116,800,-
