Abstract
Proyek Gedung Pascasarjana UMM merupakan salah satu bagian dari pemenuhan fasilitas yang dikerjakan oleh universitas. Gedung ini didesain dengan menggunakan metode cast in situ, dengan desain struktur yang repetitif tiap lantainya. Desain struktur dimodifikasi menggunakan balok dan pelat pracetak, kemudian kolom dan pondasi menggunakan cor di tempat. Perencanaan mengacu pada peraturan SNI 2847:2019 dan PCI Design Handbook Edition 7th Precast and Prestress Concrete. Hasil dari pengolahan data didapatkan bahwa memerlukan desain SRPMK, dilanjutkan preliminary desain dimensi serta tebal elemen struktur. Perhitungan kebutuhan tulangan mengacu hasil analisis gaya dalam yang didapatkan dari program bantu SAP2000 untuk menciptakan komponen yang monolit. Hasil akhir dari perencanaan ini meliputi tebal pelat 14 cm, dimensi balok induk 50/70, dimensi balok anak 30/45 dan 20/30, dan dimensi kolom 70x70 cm. Sambungan antara balok induk, balok anak dan kolom menggunakan sambungan menerus yang dikombinasikan dengan pengelasan.

The Project of Pascasarjana Bulding in UMM was part of fulfillment of facility carried out by the university. This building was designed using cast in situ method, with a tipical structural design for each floor. This design modificated using precast beam and slab, then for the column and foundation using cast in situ. Planning refers to SNI 2847:2019 and PCI Design Handbook Edition 7th Precast and Prestress Concrete. The result of data processing showing that needs SRPMK design, followed by preliminary design of dimensions and thickness of structural elements. Calculation of reinforcement requirements refers to the results of internal force analysis obtained from the SAP2000 program to create monolithic components. The final results of this plan include a slab thickness of 14 cm, dimensions of the main beam 50/70, dimensions of the secondary beams 30/45 and 20/30, and column dimensions of 70x70 cm. The connection between the main beam, secondary beam and column using continuous connection combined with welding.
