Abstract
Suatu proyek akan mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal apabila dilakukan perencanaan yang baik. Perencanaan yang baik meliputi perencanaan biaya pelaksanaan yang diperlukan secara rinci, durasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan, serta memilih metode pelaksanaan dilapangan. Untuk memenuhi tuntutan dan mengacu pada teknik pelaksanaan tersebut maka studi ini disusun untuk memperoleh manajemen palaksanaan yang tepat. Manajemen pelaksanaan adalah ilmu yang mengelola suatu kegiatan yang berskala besar dengan memanfaatkan tenaga kerja, alat berat, material serta biaya yang diperlukan selama proses manajemen berlangsung, dalam durasi waktu optimal.
Pembangunan aksesibilitas darat flyover Terminal Teluk Lamong Surabaya merupakan proyek untuk memperlancar perekonomian di Kota Surabaya dan mengurangi kemacetan lalu lintas di Jalan Osowilangun Surabaya. Proyek flyover Terminal Teluk Lamong Surabaya menghubungkan Terminal peti kemas Teluk Lamong dengan Jalan Tol Surabaya – Gresik. Proyek Flyover Terminal Teluk Lamong Section 2 ini memiliki panjang total 444 m.
Proyek akhir ini membahas perkiraan waktu dan biaya yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan struktur pembangunan flyover Terminal Teluk Lamong Surabaya Section 2 STA 0+374 – STA 0+596 . Analisa yang dilakukan dalam pembahasan ini yaitu menghitung volume pada setiap jenis pekerjaan, menghitung produktivitas alat, serta kebutuhan tenaga kerja dan bahan yang diperlukan. Produk dari analisa tersebut yaitu durasi pada setiap pekerjaan, rencana anggaran biaya pelaksanaan proyek. Pada pembangunan flyover Terminal Teluk Lamong Surabaya section 2 STA 0+374 – STA 0+596 diperoleh durasi pelaksanaan proyek dengan jam kerja efektif per hari 7 jam, yaitu 324 hari dan biaya Rp. 107,065,463,678. Pelaksanaan harus dikendalikan sebaik mungkin termasuk dalam penjadwalan sumber daya agar tidak menimbulkan pembengkakan biaya dan keterlambatan proyek (lintasan kritis) tanpa mengabaikan kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya.

The construction of the Teluk Lamong Terminal flyover in Surabaya is a project to accelerate the economy in the city of Surabaya and reduce traffic congestion on Jalan Osowilangun Surabaya. The Teluk Lamong Terminal flyover project in Surabaya connects the Teluk Lamong container terminal with the Surabaya – Gresik Toll Road. The Teluk Lamong Terminal Flyover Project Section 2 has a total length of 444 m
This final project discusses about estimated time and cost needed to complete the construction work of the Teluk Lamong Terminal flyover Surabaya Section 2 STA 0+374 – STA 0+596 . The analysis carried out in this discussion is to calculate the volume for each type of work, calculate the productivity of the tool, as well as the need for labor and materials needed. The product of the analysis is the duration of each job, the project implementation budget plan. In the construction of Teluk Lamong Terminal flyover, Surabaya section 2 STA 0+374 – STA 0+596, the duration of the project implementation with effective working hours per day is 7 hours, which is 324 days and costs Rp. 107,065,463,678. Implementation must be controlled as well as possible including in resource scheduling so as not to cause cost overruns and project delays (critical path) without compromising the quality and quantity of resources.
