Abstract

Salah satu komoditas pangan dan energi Indonesia yang sangat potensial untuk dikembangkan adalah Maggot Black Soldier Fly. Diperlukan sistem kontrol pada kandang Maggot Black Soldier Fly terutama temperature, kelembapan dan intensitas cahaya. Sistem kontrol ini merupakan rancangan sistem yang digunakan untuk mengontrol temperature, kelembapan dan intensitas cahaya pada kandang Maggot Black Soldier Fly. Sistem kontrol ini menggunakan mode kontrol on/off dengan menggunakan komponen sensor DHT11, sensor Light Dependent Resistor, Arduino Uno R3, LCD display, kipas angin, pompa dan bola lampu sebagai aktuatornya. Maka Dari itu pada pelaksanaan Tugas Akhir ini dirancanga sebuah sistem kontrol pada temperature, kelembapan dan intensitas cahaya pada kandang Maggot Black Soldier Fly. Mengacu pada alat yang ada masih menggunakan teknologi manual pada budidayanya. Hal ini ditentukan untuk menjaga temperature optimal kandang pada range 24-32 °C. Intensitas cahaya jika terjadi musim pancaroba tetap pada kondisi 749 lx dan kelembapan sekitar 60% - 70%. Data pengukuran sensor akan ditampilkan pada LCD Display. Setelah didapatkan data dari hasil validasi sensor DHT11 diketahui nilai rata rata Error pada sensor menunjukkan nilai yang kecil yaitu 1.006 % untuk temperature dan 1.004 % untuk kelembapan, dan untuk sensor LDR yaitu 0.953 % untuk intensitas cahaya.

One of Indonesia's food and energy commodities that has the potential to be developed is the Maggot Black Soldier Fly. A control system is needed in the Maggot Black Soldier Fly cage, especially temperature, humidity and light intensity. This control system is a system design that is used to control the temperature, humidity and light intensity in the Maggot Black Soldier Fly cage. This control system uses an on/off control mode using a DHT11 sensor component, a Light Dependent Resistor sensor, an Arduino Uno R3, an LCD display, a fan, a pump and a light bulb as the actuator. Therefore, in the implementation of this final project, a control system for temperature, humidity and light intensity was designed in the Maggot Black Soldier Fly cage. Referring to the existing tools, they still use manual technology in their cultivation. This is determined to maintain the optimal cage temperature in the range of 24-32 °C. The intensity of light if the transition season occurs remains at 749 lx and humidity is around 60% - 70%. Sensor data measurements will be displayed on the LCD Display. After getting data from the validation of the DHT11 sensor, it is known that the average error value on the sensor shows a small value, namely 1.006% for temperature and 1.004% for relatife humidity, and for the LDR sensor it is 0.953 % for light intensity.
