Abstract

Proyek pembangunan jalan tol Krian Legundi Bunder Manyar
(KLBM) merupakan proyek yang di kerjakan oleh PT. Waskita Karya yang memiliki panjang total 38,29 kilometer. Namun pada kajian rencana Proyek Akhir ini hanya meninjau struktur jembatan overpass pada STA 7+365 yang berlokasi di KLBM Seksi 1. Overpass pada STA 7+365 yang memiliki bentang 73,7 meter ini berfungsi sebagai jembatan penghubung desa Kedamean dan Dawar Blandong Kabupaten
Gresik.Pada pekerjaan overpass STA 7+365 ini meggunakan metode pelaksanaan metode lifting girder menggunakan crane. Namun penulis akan merencanakan jembatan ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode launcher Launcher Girder. Metode ini sangat cocok untuk dipilih karena dengan keunggulan metode Launcher Girder yang salah satunya
adalah hanya sedikit memberikan dampak buruk pada lingkungan.Untuk mempermudah proses perhitungan waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan dalam proyek digunakan Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan ( AHSP ) yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementrian PUPR bidang pekerjaan umum NO. 28 /PRT/M/2016 dan HSPK Surabaya tahun 2020. Serta literatur lainnya yang digunakan seperti buku dari Ir. Soedrajat S,
Analisa ( Cara modern ) Anggaran Biaya Pelaksanaan, dan buku-buku referensi tentang manajemen konstruksi dan alat berat. Dalam hasil Proyek Akhir ini juga akan dihitung durasi tiap pekerjaan yang dianalisis menggunakan bantuan software MS.Project dan MS.Excel untuk merencanakan penjadwalan proyek sehingga pada akhirnya akan didapatkan hasil berupa Gantt-Chart dalam bentuk bar –
chart, Penjadwalan Sumber Daya, Laporan Biaya, dan Kurva -S. Berdasarkan analisa harga satuan pekerjaan, maka diperoleh waktu yang dibutuhkan adalah 225 hari kerja ( 263 hari kalender ) biaya untuk melaksanakan pembangunan overpass adalah Rp.12.866.304.177. Biaya total yang diperoleh tersebut belum termasuk biaya K3 dan biaya tak langsung. Dalam pekerjaan overpass ini biaya sistem manajemen keselamatan konstruksi yaitu sebesar Rp.256.025.000. Sehingga biaya total keseluruhan adalah
Rp.13.122.329.177.

construction project is a project undertaken by PT. Waskita Karya which has a total length of 38.29 kilometers. However, in the study of the final project plan, only the structure of the overpass bridge at STA
7+365 is located at KLBM Section 1. The overpass at STA 7+365 which has a span of 73.7 meters serves as a bridge connecting the villages of Kedamean and Dawar Blandong, Gresik Regency.In this STA 7+365 overpass work, the lifting girder method uses a crane. However, the author will plan this bridge to be implemented using the launcher method. This method is very suitable to be chosen because of the advantages of the Launcher Girder method, one of which is that it only has a slight negative impact on the environment.To simplify the process of calculating the time and cost of implementing the project, the Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) issued
by the Ministry of Public Works and Public Works, NO. 28
/PRT/M/2016 and HSPK Surabaya 2020. As well as other literature used such as books from Ir. Soedrajat S, Analysis (Modern Way) Budget Implementation, and reference books on construction and heavy
equipment management.In the results of this Final Project, the duration of each work will
also be calculated using the help of software MS.Project and MS.Excel to plan project scheduling so that in the end the results will be obtained in the form of a Gantt-Chart in the form of a bar-chart, Resource Scheduling, Cost Reports, and -S Curve.Based on the analysis of the unit price of work, the required time is 225 working days (263 calendar days). The cost to carry out the
construction of the overpass is Rp.12.866.304,177. The total costs obtained do not include K3 costs and indirect costs. In this overpass work the construction safety management system cost is Rp. 256,025,000. So the total cost is Rp. 13.122.329.177
