Abstract
Teknologi budidaya Black Soldier Fly dapat mengurangi timbulan sampah karena Maggot Black Soldier Fly dapat mengurangi massa sampah 52% -56%. Pada penelitian Tugas Akhir ini saya membuat rancang bangun sistem pemilahan residu otomatis untuk proses pemanenan Maggot Black Soldier Fly yang terintegrasi dengan load cell dan sistem alarm sehingga pada saat Shaking Sieve yang diberi beban massa residu yang akan diayak, Aktuator dengan cara motor sinkron akan bekerja dengan timer sesuai indikator massa yang akan diayak. Aktuator off apabila massa residu yang diayak melebihi 5 kg dan alarm akan berbunyi menandakan beban overload. Kontroler yang digunakan pada Tugas Akhir ini adalah Arduino Uno. Terdiri dari 3 mesh dengan 3 ukuran 2 mm, 3 mm, dan 5 mm. Residu terpisah menjadi kasgot, maggot, dan pre pupa, massa dari kasgot (bekas maggot), maggot dan pre pupa ditampilkan di LCD. Hasil dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah Dari validasi sensor, didapatkan akurasi load cell 1 sebesar 99.09% dan error sebesar 0.09%, akurasi load cell 2 sebesar 99.09486% dan error sebesar 0.09486%, akurasi load cell 3 sebesar 99.088% dan error sebesar 0.088%, akurasi load cell 4 sebesar 99.0165% dan error sebesar 0.0165%. Motor Sinkron bekerja sesuai dengan set point yaitu pada saat mengayak 1-2.5 kg on selama 5 menit dan saat mengayak 2.5-5 kg on selama 10 menit dan Buzzer dapat memberikan respon apabila load cell 1 mendeteksi massa lebih dari 5 kg.

The Black Soldier Fly cultivation technology can reduce the mass of trash 52%-56%. In this final project, I designed an automatic residue sorting system for the Maggot Black Soldier Fly harvesting process which is integrated with a load cell and an alarm system that can give warning if the Shaking Sieve is overload, the synchronous motor actuator will work with a timer according to the mass indicator to be sorted. . The actuator turns off when the mass of the separated residue is more than 5 kg and an alarm will indicate an overload. The controller used in this final project is Arduino Uno. Consists of 3 mesh with 3 sizes 2 mm, 3 mm, and 5 mm. The residue is separated into kasgot, maggot, and pre pupae, the mass of kasgot, maggot and pre pupae is displayed on the LCD. The result of this final project is from sensor validation, load cell 1 accuracy is 99.09% and error is 0.09%, load cell 2 accuracy is 99.09486% and error is 0.09486%, load cell 3 accuracy is 99.088% and 0.088% error, load cell 4 accuracy is 99.0165% and error is 0.0165%. Synchronous Motor works according to the set point, namely when sorting 1-2,5 kg works for 5 minutes and when sorting 2,5-5 kg works for 10 minutes and the Buzzer responds if load cell 1 can detect a mass of more than 5 kg.
