Abstract

Proyek Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mini Hidro (PLTM) Harjosari 3 × 3 MW Kabupaten Pekalongan terletak di jalan Kandangserang Kabupaten Pekalongan, merupakan salah satu proyek konstruksi yang bernilaikan ratusan milyar. PLTM Harjosari 3 × 3 MW ini memiliki area yang cukup luas dan panjang dari waterway hingga power house ±2700 m. pembangunan proyek ini dikerjakan oleh kontraktor PT. Hutama Karya yang memiliki beberapa item bangunan yaitu bendung, intake, saluran transisi, sandtrap, headpond, saluran penguras, waterway, surgetank, penstock, tailrace, dan power house.

Dalam melakukan perhitungan analisa penjadwalan waktu dan rencana anggaran biaya pada pembangunan proyek ini dilakukan dengan menentukan item pekerjaan terlebih dahulu lalu menghitung volume dan pemilihan metode yang efisien sehingga menghasilkan durasi, penyusunan jadwal pekerjaan, dan biaya total pada proyek ini, untuk biaya pelaksanaan menggunakan peraturan dan harga yang berlaku di kabupaten Pekalongan.

Pada hasil akhir analisan penjadwalan waktu dan rencana anggaran biaya pada proyek ini disusun dengan memadukan hasil dari network planning dan penjadwalan yang dibantu dengan software Microsoft Project sehingga dapat menghasilkan Kurva S yang optimal pada pembangunan proyek ini, selain itu disertai rekapitulasi biaya pelaksanaan proyek dan metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan.
Dari hasil Analisa, didapatkan durasi waktu pelaksanaan selama 870 hari kerja dengan total biaya pelaksanaan sebesar Rp 68.141.237.545

The Harjosari 3 × 3 MW Mini Hydro Power Plant Project

to produce the duration, preparation of the work schedule, and the total
cost of this project, for implementation costs using the regulations and
prices applicable in kabupaten Pekalongan.
In the final results of the analysis of time scheduling and budget
plans for this project, it is compiled by combining the results of network
planning and scheduling assisted by Microsoft Project software so that it
can produce an optimal S curve for the construction of this project, in
addition to that it is accompanied by a recapitulation of project
implementation costs and implementation methods. used.
