Abstract
Salah satu terobosan untuk melakukan pemerataan fasilitas Kesehatan di wilayah 3T Indonesia adalah rumah sakit apung berupa kapal. Namun, tingginya tingkat kecelakaan berupa tenggelam dan kebakaran kapal di Indonesia serta sulitnya melakukan evakuasi pada pasien rumah sakit menjadikan evakuasi di rumah sakit apung menjadi suatu masalah. Pada penelitian ini diawali dengan eksperimen untuk mendapatkan data kecepatan evakuasi dengan beberapa alat seperti kursi roda, tandu, dan brankar. Eksperimen dilakukan dengan memperhatikan usia dan gender. Hasil eksperimen tersebut didapatkan bahwa untuk kecepatan evakuasi kursi roda pria 1,556-2,1 m/s sedangkan untuk Wanita 1,311-1,618 m/s. Hasil eksperimen tandu didapatkan bahwa 3 kelompok dengan masing-masing 4 orang pria memiliki kecepatan 1,010-1,171 m/s dan 2 kelompok dengan masing-masing 2 orang pria dan 2 orang Wanita memiliki kecepatan 0,762-0,837 m/s. Hasil eksperimen brankar didapatkan bahwa 2 kelompok dengan masing-masing 2 orang pria memiliki kecepatan 1,743-2,135 m/s dan 3 kelompok dengan masing-masing 2 orang wanita memiliki kecepatan 1,597-2,196 m/s. Kemudian, data tersebut digunakan untuk simulasi evakuasi dengan software berbasis agent-based modelling simullation bernama Pathfinder. Dalam melakukan simulasi evakuasi digunakan tiga metode yaitu : Simultaneously, Physical Location, dan Lift Assisted. Metode tersebut dijalankan dalam dua skenario yaitu skenario 1 dengan seluruh pengunjung berkumpul di main deck dan skenario 2 dengan seluruh pengunjung berkumpul di helideck. Hasil simulasi evakuasi didapatkan total waktu evakuasi pada metode Simultaneously evacuation dan Lift Assisted Evacuation Skenario 2 tidak sesuai dengan standar performa IMO MSC.1/Circ.1533. Sehingga, sebagai rekomendasi, tidak disarankan untuk melakukan evakuasi dengan skenario pasien PRM dengan alat bantu dikumpulkan di helideck pada deck 03.

One of the breakthroughs to make health facilities even in the 3T region of Indonesia is a floating hospital in the form of a ship. However, the high rate of accidents in the form of sinking and ship fires in Indonesia and the difficulty of evacuating hospital patients make evacuation in floating hospitals a problem. This study begins with an experiment to obtain data on the speed of evacuation with several tools such as wheelchairs,
stretchers, and gurneys. Experiments were carried out considering age and gender. The experimental results showed that the evacuation speed for men's wheelchairs was 1.556-
2.1 m/s while for women it was 1.311-1.618 m/s. The results of the stretcher experiment showed that 3 groups with 4 men each having a speed of 1.010-1.171 m/s and 2 groups
with 2 men and 2 women each having a speed of 0.762-0.837 m/s. The results of the gurney experiment showed that 2 groups with 2 men each having a speed of 1.743-2.135 m/s and 3 groups with 2 women each having a speed of 1.597-2.196 m/s. Then, the data is used for evacuation simulation using agent-based modelling simulation software called Pathfinder. In conducting evacuation simulations, three methods are used: Simultaneously, Physical Location, and Lift Assisted. This method is carried out in two scenarios, namely scenario 1 with all visitors gathering on the main deck and scenario 2 with all visitors gathering on the helideck. The results of the evacuation simulation show that the total evacuation time in the Simultaneously evacuation and Lift Assisted Evacuation Scenario 2 methods is not following the IMO MSC.1/Circ.1533 performance standards. Thus, as a recommendation, it is not recommended for evacuation scenario PRM patients with evacuation device assembled at the helideck on deck 03
