Abstract
Pelayaran adalah bidang yang berperan sangat penting dalam perekonomian setiap negara. Namun perkembangan ini juga memiliki berbagai dampak negatif. Salah satunya adalah dampak terhadap lingkungan yang ternyata memiliki angka yang tinggi. Menurut Fourth IMO GHG Study 2020, emisi GreenHouse Gas (GHG) dari total seluruh pelayaran (internasional, domestik, dan perikanan) telah meningkat dari 977 juta ton pada tahun 2012 menjadi 1.076 juta ton pada tahun 2018 (peningkatan 9,6%). Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok sebagai pelabuhan terbesar di Indonesia merealisasikan kunjungan kapal sebanyak 12.650 unit dengan total 33.071 jumlah pelayaran. Tingginya aktivitas pelayaran tersebut tanpa disadari dapat memberikan dampak terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan dari masyarakat. Penelitian untuk mengukur dampak dari kapal pada Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok terhadap kualitas udara dengan menggunakan metodologi estimasi Puget Sound Maritime Air Forum dan Lagrangian Particle Dispersion Model. Sampel polutan yang digunakan adalah nitrogen oksida (NOx), karbon monoksida (CO), sulfur dioksida (SO2), particulate matter 2,5 (PM2,5), karbon dioksida (CO2). Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan perkiraan jumlah emisi gas buang kapal tertinggi sebesar 600,61 kg NOx, 53,99 kg CO, 352,53 kg SO2, 25,41 kg PM2,5 dan CO2 sebesar 31.124 kg. Konsentrasi tertinggi yang diperkirakan dari penelitian ini sebesar 4,7x10-8 kg/m3 NOX, 5,0x10-9 kg/m3 CO, 2,7x10-8 kg/m3 SO2, 2,0x10-9 kg/m3 PM2,5 dan CO2 sebesar 2,4x10-6 kg/m3. Pada penelitian juga dilakukan asumsi penggunaan bahan bakar yang memenuhi standar IMO dengan bahan bakar yang berkandungan sulfur 0,5%. Dengan asumsi tersebut terdapat peningkatan kualitas udara sebanyak 1,9% untuk NOX, 70,92% untuk SO2 dan 59,63% untuk PM2,5. Rekomendasi pengembangan pelabuhan dengan konsep greenport juga diberikan dengan memprioritaskan kriteria utama kualitas lingkungan dan penggunaan sumber daya

Shipping is a field that plays a very important role in the economy of every country. However, this development also has various negative impacts. One of them is the impact on the environment which turns out to have a high number. According to the Fourth IMO GHG Study 2020, GreenHouse Gas (GHG) emissions from total shipping (international, domestic, and fisheries) have increased from 977 million tons in 2012 to 1,076 million tons in 2018 (9.6% increase). Tanjung Priok Port as the largest port in Indonesia has realized 12,650 ship visits with a total of 33,071 cruises. The high level of shipping activity can unwittingly have an impact on the safety and health of the community. Research to measure the impact of ships at Tanjung Priok Port on air quality using the Puget Sound Maritime Air Forum estimation methodology and the Lagrangian Particle Dispersion Model. The pollutant samples used were nitrogen oxides (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), sulfur dioxide (SO2), particulate matter 2.5 (PM2.5), carbon dioxide (CO2). From this research, it is estimated that the highest number of ship exhaust emissions is 600.61 kg NOx, 53.99 kg CO, 352.53 kg SO2, 25.41 kg PM2.5 and CO2 is 31,124 kg. The research also assumes the use of fuel that meets IMO standards with fuel containing 0.5% sulfur. With this assumption, there is an increase in air quality by 1.9% for NOX, 70.92% for SO2 and 59.63% for PM2.5. The highest concentrations estimated from this study were 4.7x10-8 kg/m3 NOx, 5.0x10-9 kg/m3 CO, 2.7x10-8 kg/m3 SO2, 2.0x10-9 kg/m3 PM2.5 and CO2 at 2.4x10-6 kg/m3. Recommendations for port development with a green port concept are also given by prioritizing the main criteria for environmental quality and resource use
