Abstract
Kerusakan motor biasanya terjadi pada kumparan motor, kerusakan ini biasanya disebabkan oleh terbakarnya kumparan karena kelebihan beban. Kondisi lingkungan juga memiliki pengaruh yang merusak pada kinerja motor. Sebagai contoh, suhu ekstrim, kadar debu yang tinggi, atmosfir yang korosif, dan kelembaban dapat merusak sifat-sifat bahan isolasi.
Berdasarkan permasalahan yang sudah dijelaskan maka pada proyek akhir ini akan membuat system proteksi overheating pada motor 1 fasa berdasarkan peningkatan suhu pada area stator dan arus motor menggunakan metode fuzzy logic. Kendali logika fuzzy digunakan untuk mencari nilai output proteksi pada motor listrik. Sensor suhu DS18B20 digunakan untuk mendapatkan nilai suhu pada stator yang dipengaruhi oleh kondisi lingkungan yang ekstrim. Dan sensor arus ZMPT-004 dugunakan untuk mendeteksi kenaikan arus pada motor induksi. Keseluruhan sistem dikontrol dengan NodeMCU ESP6288.
Hasil dari percobaan ini adalah ketika suhu lingkungan diluar batas ketahanan motor maka motor akan dimatikan yang bertujuan untuk menurunkan suhu motor guna menghindari kerusakan. Pada saat kondisi lingkungan terlalu panas maka akan mengurangi kinerja motor induksi. Dari hasil percobaan proteksi motor induksi menggunakan logika fuzzy, motor induksi akan mati jika suhu diatas 80ºC dan arus diatas 1.1A.

Motor damage usually occurs in the motor coil, this damage is usually caused by burning the coil due to overload. Environmental conditions also have a detrimental effect on motor performance. For example, extreme temperatures, high levels of dust, a corrosive atmosphere, and humidity can impair the properties of an insulating material.
Based on the problems that have been described, this final project will create an overheating protection system for a single phase motor based on an increase in temperature in the stator area and motor current using the fuzzy logic method. Fuzzy logic control is used to find the value of the protection output on the electric motor. The DS18B20 temperature sensor is used to obtain the temperature value of the stator which is affected by extreme environmental conditions. And the current sensor ZMPT-004 is used to detect the current increase in the induction motor. The whole system is controlled with the NodeMCU ESP6288.
The result of this experiment is that when the ambient temperature is beyond the limit of the motor's resistance, the motor will be turned off which aims to lower the temperature of the motor in order to avoid damage. When the environmental conditions are too hot it will reduce the performance of the induction motor. From the experimental results of induction motor protection using fuzzy logic, the induction motor will turn off if the temperature is above 80ºC and the current is above 1.1A.
