Abstract
Pada dunia industri kususnya PT. Smart Tbk. Kendala motor induksi yang sering muncul pada PT. Smart Tbk pada bagian motor lift barang dan cooling tower yaitu kerusakan yang diakibatkan oleh faktor eksternal yaitu kelembapan ruangan, dan suhu ekstrim yang berpengaruh pada motor induksi. Secara tidak langsung dapat merusak isolasi winding motor induksi.
Dari rumusan masalah diatas, maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem untuk membantu penyelesaian masalah tersebut dengan membuat sistem proteksi motor induksi satu fasa berdasarkan kelembapan ruangan dan suhu belitan motor dengan logika fuzzy untuk mengklasifikasikan kondisi kelembapan dan suhu belitan stator untuk parameter kondisi motor akan mati.
Dari hasil yang telah dikerjakan, dengan adanya sistem proteksi motor induksi berdasarkan kelembapan ruangan dan suhu belitan stator maka pada kondisi kelembapan ruangan bernilai lebih dari 75% dan suhu motor melebihi 110 ℃ sumber tegangan motor induksi akan di putus oleh relay, kemudian kondisi motor akan mati.

In the industrial world, especially PT. Smart Tbk. Induction motor constraints that often appear at PT. Smart Tbk on the goods lift motor and cooling tower, namely damage caused by external factors, namely room humidity, and extreme temperatures that affect the induction motor. Indirectly can damage the induction motor winding insulation.
From the formulation of the problem above, a system is needed to help solve this problem by creating a single-phase induction motor protection system based on room humidity and motor winding temperature with fuzzy logic to classify the humidity and temperature conditions of the stator winding for the motor off condition parameters.
From the results that have been done, with the induction motor protection system based on the humidity of the room and the temperature of the stator winding, the humidity condition of the room is more than 75% and the motor temperature exceeds 110℃ the induction motor voltage source will be disconnected by the relay, then the motor will turn off.
