Abstract
Fakultas Vokasi adalah salah satu fakultas di Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), yang metode pembelajarannya minimal 60% praktek. Kehadiran pandemi covid-19 menyebabkan proses pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring (dalam jaringan). Permasalahan yang muncul adalah apakah proses pembelajaran daring yang dilaksanakan kapabel? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kapabilitas proses pembelajaran daring di Fakultas Vokasi. Hasil uji t data berpasangan diperoleh bahwa rata-rata IPS di Program Studi Teknologi Rekayasa Instrumentasi mengalami penurunan signifikan ke pembelajaran daring, di PTRPPBS dan PTRKI menurun namun tidak signifikan, serta di PTRM, PTRKE, PTRO, dan DSB meningkat namun tidak signifikan. Hasil analisis kapabilitas pada pembelajaran Luring (Luar jaringan) menunjukkan 42,85% dari 7 program studi di Fakultas Vokasi ITS kapabel, sedangkan pada masa pembelajaran Daring 57,14% dari 7 program studi kapabel. Proses pembelajaran tersebut kapabel karena dengan Peta Kendali terkendali secara statistik dan indeks kapabilitas proses Cp > 1, indeks Cpk > 1. Walaupun terjadi peningkatan jumlah prodi yang kapabel, tetapi terdapat beberapa kendala yang dialami mahasiswa, diantaranya adalah materi perkuliahan sulit dipahami, dan kegiatan praktik susah dijalankan karena keterbatasan alat, dan jaringan internet kurang memadai.

Faculty of Vocation is one of the faculties at Institut Teknologi
Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), which has 60% portion of practical learning.
Covid-19 pandemic has caused the learning process to be held in online
platform. The problem is whether the online learning process has good
capability or not? This study aims to inspect the capability of the online
learning process at Faculty of Vocation. Result of paired data t-test, it
was found that the IPS average in Program Studi Teknologi Rekayasa
Instrumentasi significantly decreased at online learning, in PTRPPBS
and PTRKI decreased but not significant, and in PTRM, PTRKE, PTRO,
DSB decreased but not significant too. The results of the capability
analysis in offline learning showed that there were 42,85% of 7 study
programs are capable, while during the online learning there were
57,14% of 7 study programs are capable. They were controled in

control chart and have index of Cp > 1 and Cpk > 1. Even the increasing
number of capability occurred, there are several student obstacles, such
as lecture materials are difficult to understand, and practical learning are
difficult to do because of limited tools, and trouble in internet network
