Abstract
Bersepeda merupakan olahraga minim cidera namun dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kebugaran badan dan mengurangi resiko terkena masalah kesehatan seperti obesitas dan penyakit jantung. Jumlah pesepeda mengalami kenaikan pada tahun 2020, hal ini dibuktikan dengan naiknya jumlah penjualan sepeda sebanyak 10 kali lipat. Seiring dengan naiknya jumlah pesepeda naik pula jumlah kecelakaan lalu-lintas yang melibatkan pengendara sepeda. Selain itu masyarakat menjadi lebih jarang melakukan aktivitas di luar
ruangan dan lebih banyak menghabiskan waktu di rumah, bahkan
bekerja. Hal ini membuat berat badan meningkat. Terdapat pilihan untuk bersepeda dalam ruangan dengan menggunakan sepeda statis atau menggunakan indoor bike trainer. Dengan menggunakan bike trainer bersepeda dapat dilakukan di tempat yang terbatas seperti dalam ruangan. Menambahkan sensor efek hall pada bike trainer bertujuan untuk menghitung jumlah putaran roda sehingga kecepatan sepeda dapat dihitung. Sensor PPG dipasang pada pesepeda untuk mengukur detak jantung permenit saat bersepeda. Dengan membandingkan detak jantung dan kecepatan sepeda, dapat diatur pola bersepeda yang teratur. Agar bersepeda lebih terartur maka akan ditentukan 5 model latihan, yaitu: intense, light,
intensive, aerobic, dan anaerobic. Setiap model memiliki batas minimal BPM(Beat Per Minute)yang berbeda-beda.

Biking is low-injury exercise but can significantly improve physical wellness and reduce the risk of health problems such as obesity and heart disease. Amount of cyclists are increased in 2020, this can be proved by 10-fold increase in sales. As the amount of cyclists increases, the number of traffic accidents involving cyclists also increases. In addition, people are less likely to do outdoor activities
and spend more time at home, even working. This causes weight gain. There is option for indoor biking using a static bike or using an indoor bike trainer. By using a bike trainer, biking can be done in confined spaces such as indoors. The addition of the hall effect sensor on the bike trainer aims to calculate the number of wheel rotations so that the bike speed can be calculated. PPG sensors are
mounted on cyclists to measure heart rate per minute while biking. By comparing heart rate and bicycle speed, a measured biking pattern can be set. In order to make measurable in biking, 5 exercise models can be determined, i.e: intense, light, intensive, aerobic and anaerobic. Each model has different BPM (Beat Per Minute) minimum speed.
