Abstract
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) bertujuan memenuhi kebutuhan saat ini tanpa mengurangi kemampuan generasi mendatang. Kabupaten Sidoarjo mendapatkan penghargaan utama SDGs Desa atas terselesaikannya pendataan tepat waktu, walaupun pendataan telah diselesaikan tepat waktu namun masih belum tersedia data untuk diakses dan dijadikan penelitian oleh karena itu penelitian ini menggunakan data Indeks Desa Membangun (IDM). Penelitian tentang SDGs Desa dilakukan oleh 4 peneliti dengan bidang yang berbeda dimana pada penelitian ini akan meneliti bidang kemiskinan dan kelaparan, ramah perempuan, dan tanggap budaya dimana bidang tersebut dikelompokan menjadi satu aspek yaitu aspek pemerataan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Aspek pemerataan kesejahteraan masyarakat memiliki variabel bertipe numerik untuk bidang kemiskinan dan kelaparan, kategorik untuk bidang ramah perempuan, dan campuran untuk bidang tanggap budaya sehingga total variabel yang dianalisis sebanyak 18 variabel dimana pengukuran pencapaian SDGs dilakukan dengan mengelompokan 322 desa di Kabupaten Sidoarjo berdasarkan bidang kemiskinan dan kelaparan digunakan metode cluster hierarki agglomerative, bidang ramah perempuan menggunakan metode ROCK, dan bidang tanggap budaya menggunakan ensemble ROCK. Pengelompokan indikator desa tanpa kemiskinan dan desa tanpa kelaparan diperoleh 3 cluster dengan karkateristik yang berbeda, bidang kemiskinan dan kelaparan diperoleh 5 cluster. Bidang ramah perempuan diperoleh 2 cluster optimum. Indikator desa damai berkeadilan diperoleh 3 cluster, indikaktor kelembagaan desa dan bidang tanggap budaya diperoleh 2 cluster optimum.

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) aim to meet the needs of the present without compromising the capabilities of future generations. Sidoarjo received the main award for the sustainable village development goals for the timely completion of data collection, although data collection has been completed on time but data still not available to be accessed and used as research, therefore this study uses the Village Building Index data. Research on the sustainable village development goals was carried out by 4 researchers with different fields where in this study will examine the fields of poverty and hunger, women friendliness, and culture responsiveness where these fields are grouped into one aspect, namely the aspect of equitable society welfare. Aspect of equitable society welfare has numeric type variables for the field of poverty and hunger, categorical type for the field of women-friendly, and mixed type variables for the field of culture responsiveness so that the total variables analyzed are 18 in 322 villages in Sidoarjo. Analyzing based on poverty and hunger field use agglomerative hierarchical clusters, women friendly fields using ROCK method, and culture responsiveness fields using ensemble ROCK method The clustering of indicators of villages without poverty and villages without hunger obtained 3 clusters with different characteristics, in the field of poverty and hunger obtained 5 clusters. In the women friendly field there are 2 optimum clusters. There are 3 clusters of peaceful village indicators, village institutional indicators and culture responsiveness obtained 2 optimum clusters.
