Abstract
Air minum merupakan salah satu kebutuhan utama bagi kelangsungan hidup setiap orang. Salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi pada setiap jaringan distribusi air minum adalah adanya Non Revenue Water (NRW). Tingginya tingkat NRW mengakibatkan kerugian bagi tiap stakeholders, Perumda Tirta Pakuan Kota Bogor berusaha mengoptimalkan jaringan distribusi air minum yang ada dengan menurunkan tingkat NRW. Perumda Tirta Pakuan Kota Bogor menghadapi kendala baik dari aspek teknis maupun non teknis. Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelakasanaan program penurunan NRW adalah belum optimalnya District Meter Area (DMA) yang telah terbangun. Oleh karena itu untuk dapat mencapai target NRW nasional adalah dengan melakukan optimisasi terhadap DMA terbangun. Setelah dilakukan analisis disimpulkan bahwa DMA terbangun memiliki beberapa hal yang tidak sesuai dengan literatur, dan secara teknis terdapat beberapa pipa yang memiliki unit headloss yang tidak sesuai dengan persyaratan dari peraturan, sehingga dilakukan 3 Alternatif Optimisasi. Alternatif 1 adalah mempertahankan kondisi DMA yang ada dan menambahkan pipa parallel disebelah pipa yang memiliki unit headloss yang tinggi, Alternatif 2 adlaah dengan memutus interkoneksi yang ada dan Alternatif 3 adalah membagi DMA terbangun menjadi 2 bagian.

Drinking water is one of the main needs for the survival of everyone. One of the problems that occur in every drinking water distribution network is the existence of Non Revenue Water (NRW). The high level of NRW results in losses for each stakeholder, Perumda Tirta Pakuan Bogor City is trying to optimize the existing drinking water distribution network by reducing the level of NRW. Perumda Tirta Pakuan Bogor City faces obstacles both from technical and non-technical aspects. One of the obstacles faced in implementing the NRW reduction program is that the District Meter Area (DMA) that has been built hasn’t been optimal. Therefore, to be able to achieve the national NRW target, can be done is by optimizing the built DMA. After the analysis, it can be concluded that the built DMA has several things that are not in accordance with the literature, and technically there are several pipes that have headloss units that are not in accordance with the requirements of the regulations, so 3 Alternative Optimizations are carried out. Alternative 1 is to maintain the existing DMA condition and add a parallel pipe next to the pipe that has a high headloss unit, Alternative 2 is to break the existing interconnection and Alternative 3 is to divide the built DMA into 2 parts.
