Abstract

Pengukuran kinerja adalah cara untuk mengetahui kondisi kinerja saat ini, sehingga perusahaan dapat terus melakukan perbaikan yang berkesinambungan. PT MRS adalah perusahaan yang bergerak pada industri waralaba restoran makanan cepat saji dengan distribusi cabang toko ritel tersebar di pulau Jawa, Kalimantan, dan Papua. Dalam perkembangan bisnis perusahaan, bertambahnya jumlah cabang toko ritel dalam skala nasional membuat pengelolaan rantai pasok perusahaan semakin kompleks. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah sistem pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok yang akan berfungsi bagi perusahaan untuk dapat dengan mudah menganalisa proses bisnis yang menemui hambatan. Dalam pembuatan sistem pengukuran kinerja yang baik, diperlukan sebuah perencanaan yang holistik terdiri dari pola proses bisnis perusahaan, karakteristik industri perusahaan maupun para stakeholder yang ikut andil dalam pengambilan keputusan eksekutif perusahaan. Pada studi kasus PT MRS, karakteristik perusahaan berada diantara 2 golongan yaitu perusahaan ritel dan jasa. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah penelitian dalam perencanaan sistem pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok PT MRS yang sesuai dengan pola bisnis dan tipe industri perusahaan. Pembuatan desain pengukuran kinerja dibuat berdasarkan model proses SCOR. Dimana, pada tahap awal dilakukan studi literatur yang komprehensif untuk menentukan metrik – metrik pengukuran yang akan diukur pada tiap golongan proses utama SCOR. Kemudian metrik – metrik pengukuran akan di agregasikan oleh para stakeholder PT MRS untuk dapat merumuskan metrik pengukuran mana yang paling penting di dalam proses bisnis PT MRS. Desain pengukuran kinerja yang telah dihasilkan menghasilkan 5 metrik kinerja proses pada level 1, 13 atribut kinerja pada level 2, dan 34 metrik kinerja pada level 3. Dimana terdapat 13 metrik dengan scoring system higher the better, 18 metrik dengan scoring system lower the better dan 3 metrik dengan scoring system precise is better. Untuk dapat mengukur metrik – metrik tersebut, terdapat 26 metrik yang harus diukur secara manual, 3 metrik yang diukur berdasarkan sistem laporan keuangan, dan 5 metrik yang diukur secara otomatis berdasarkan sistem POS.

Performance measurement is the ability to understand current performance condition, so that company can continue to create a continuous improvement. PT MRS is a company which moves in fast food restaurant franchise industry where its retail stores are distributed across Java, Kalimantan, and Papua. In its development, the increasing number of retail store nationally create more complexity in the supply chain management. Therefore, it is needed to make a supply chain performance measurement system for the company to analyze which business process is facing obstacles easily. To design performance measurement system well, a holistic plan covering from company’s business process operations, industry characteristics and also the stakeholders view which have the authority in executive’s decisions. In the PT MRS study case. The company stands between 2 characteristics which are service and retail industry Therefore, it is needed to create the supply chain performance measurement system which is not only suitable for company’s business process but also the company characteristics. The design is made based on the SCOR process model framework. In the beginning of the study, a comprehensive literature study is done to justify which metrics are suitable for each SCOR major process. Later, the metrics will face the aggregation phase where PT MRS stakeholders are in charge to justify which metric is the most important. The performance system designs the performance with 5 metrics at process level at level 1, 13 attribut performance at level 2, and 34 performance metrics at level 3. For the 3rd level, 13 metrics have higher the better as their scoring system. 18 metrics with lower the better scoring system and 3 metrics with precise is better scoring system. To enable the measurement systems, there are 26 metrics to be manually measured with the designed plan, 3 metrics to be measured with the financial report system, and 5 metrics to be captured automatically through the POS system.
