Abstract
Berdasarkan hasil survei PPM Manajemen, terdapat 80% karyawan perusahaan di Indonesia mengalami burnout selama masa pandemi covid-19 dan karyawan yang bekerja di sektor jasa memberikan respon tertinggi terhadap burnout, yaitu sebesar 31%. Begitupun juga dengan sembilan perusahaan bank terbesar di Indonesia yang menunjukkan penurunan jumlah karyawan sebesar 2,25% sejak tahun 2018. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh seluruh dimensi yang ada dalam variabel Job Burnout (Emotional Exhaustion, Depersonalization, Personal Accomplishment) secara parsial dan Resilience terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan generasi milenial yang bekerja di bank di seluruh Indonesia. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online dan terdapat 200 responden karyawan generasi milenial yang bekerja di bank di Indonesia. Metode pengolahan data berupa analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi dan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah variabel Emotional Exhaustion dapat mempengaruhi variabel Turnover Intention. Sedangkan variabel Depersonalization, Personal Accomplishment, dan Resilience terbukti tidak mempengaruhi variabel Turnover Intention secara positif dan signifikan. Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini berisi tentang rekomendasi kepada perusahaan yang bertujuan untuk mengelola beban kerja karyawan dan memperhatikan kesehatan fisik maupun kesehatan psikologis karyawan, membantu karyawan untuk mengembangkan diri sehingga dapat membuat pencapaian membanggakan dalam pekerjaannya, dan membangun sisi pertahanan diri para karyawan bank untuk mengurangi maupun mencegah tingginya tingkat turnover karyawan.

Based on the results of the PPM Management survey, 80% of company employees in Indonesia experienced burnout during the covid-19 pandemic and employees working in the service sector gave the highest response to burnout, which was 31%. Likewise, the nine largest bank companies in Indonesia have shown a decrease in the number of employees by 2.25% since 2018. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of all dimensions in the Job Burnout variable (Emotional Exhaustion, Depersonalization, Personal Accomplishment). partially and Resilience to Turnover Intention in millennial generation employees who work in banks throughout Indonesia. The research data was collected through online questionnaires and there were 200 respondents of millennial generation employees who work in banks in Indonesia. Data processing methods are descriptive analysis, assumption test and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results obtained from this study are the Emotional Exhaustion variable can affect the Turnover Intention variable. While the variables of Depersonalization, Personal Accomplishment, and Resilience were proven not to positively and significantly affect the Turnover Intention variable. The managerial implications in this study contain recommendations to companies that aim to manage employee workloads and pay attention to the physical and psychological health of employees, help employees to develop themselves so that they can make proud achievements in their work, and build the self-defense side of bank employees to reduce or prevent high employee turnover rates.
