Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 Telah memberikan banyak sekali dampak buruk terhadap perekonomian Indonesia dan dirasakan oleh hampir seluruh warga negara Indonesia. Berawal dari munculnya kasus COVID-19 pertama kali di Indonesia pada 2 Maret 2020, lalu kasus ini semakin menyebar dengan cepat ke seluruh pelosok Indonesia. Penyebaran kasus ini mempengaruhi bidang parawisata, perdagangan, dan menurunkan daya beli masyarakat. Perancangan ini berusaha menghadirkan fasilitas perdagangan yang dapat menjadi ruang produktif dan penggerak perekonomian lingkungan sekitar yang terdampak selama pandemi ini. Pendekatan arsitektur dengan manusia, arsitektur perkotaan, serta force base design digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah terkait proses berpikir dan perbedaan karakter serta kebutuhan pengguna. Objek rancang yang dihasilkan berupa fasilitas penunjang perekonomian yang memenuhi persyaratan protokol kesehatan bagi para UMKM, pedagang makanan, serta driver online. Dengan fasilitas ini, diharapkan memberikan masyarakat sekitar kesempatan untuk memperbaiki kondisi perekonomiannya yang memburuk selama pandemi ini serta memberi kontribusi pada perbaikan perekonomian Kota Surabaya. Sehingga berpengaruh pada kesejahteraan tenaga kerja dan buruh, peningkatan kondisi ekonomi Kota Surabaya, serta kemampuan bertahan selama pandemi ini berlangsung.

The COVID-19 pandemic has had many negative impacts on the Indonesian
economy and has been felt by almost all Indonesian citizens. Starting from the emergence
of the first COVID-19 case in Indonesia on March 2, 2020, then this case is spreading
rapidly to all corners of Indonesia. The spread of this case affects the fields of tourism,
trade, and reduces people's purchasing power. This design seeks to provide trade facilities
that can be a productive space and an economic driver for the environment affected during
this pandemic. Architectural approaches to humans, urban architecture, and force base
design are used to solve problems related to thought processes and differences in the
character and needs of users. The resulting design object is in the form of economic support
facilities that meet the health protocol requirements for MSMEs, food traders, and online
drivers. With this facility, it is hoped that the surrounding community will have the
opportunity to improve their economic conditions which deteriorated during this pandemic
and contribute to the improvement of the economy of the City of Surabaya. So that it affects
the welfare of workers and laborers, improves the economic conditions ini Surabaya City,
and the ability to survive during the pandemic.
