Abstract

Transportasi secara umum adalah perpindahan manusia ataupun bendadari satu tempat ke tempat yang lain dengan menggunakan sebuah kendaraan yang digerakkan oleh manusia atau mesin. Transportasi digunakan untuk memudahkan manusia dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari. Jalan tol adalah suatu jalan yang dikhususkan untuk kendaraan bersumbu dua atau lebih (mobil, truk container, bis, dll) dan bertujuan untuk mempersingkat jarak dan waktu tempuh dari satu tempat ke tempat lain. Namun seringkali jalan tol yang bertujuan untuk mempersingkat jarak dan waktu mengalami hambatan. Hambatan terjadi karena adanya antriann yang panjang di gerbang tol. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perencanaan gerbang tol agar dapat menjawab permasalahan diatas.
Metode yang digunakan dalam perencanaan gerbang tol Gedebage – Tasikmalaya adalah metode First In First Out (FIFO) dan untuk struktur dasar antrian menggunakan Single Channel – Single Phase sebagai struktur dasar dalam proses antrian yang menggunakan 3 sistem Gerbang Tol Otomatis, On Board Unit (OBU), dan Single Lane Free Flow dengan menggunakan aplikasi FLO. Perencanaan gerbang tol ini mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Republik Indonesia nomor 16/PRT/M/2014 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal Jalan Tol, dan Standar Konstruksi dan Bangunan nomor 007/BM/2009.

Transportation in general is the movement of people or objects from one place to another by using a machine that is driven by humans or machines. Transportation is used to make it easier for humans to carry out daily activities. A toll road is a road that stores two or more axles (cars, container trucks, buses, etc.) and aims to shorten the distance and travel time from one place to another. However, toll roads that aim to rank distance and time are often hampered. Barriers occur due to long queues at toll gates. Therefore, it is necessary to plan a toll gate in order to answer the questions above.
The method used in planning the Gedebage - Tasikmalaya toll gate is the First In First Out (FIFO) method and for the basic queue structure using Single Channel - Single Phase as the basic structure in the queuing process using 3 Automatic Toll Gate systems, On Board Unit (OBU) , and Single Lane Free Flow using the FLO application
This toll gate planning refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works of the Republic of Indonesia number 16/PRT/M/2014 concerning Minimum Service Standards for Toll Roads, and Construction and Building Standards number 007/BM/2009.
