Abstract
Ruas jalan Bts. Kabupaten Konawe Utara / Kabupaten Konawe – Pohara merupakan koridor utama di Sulawesi Tengara yang mengalami banjir pada tahun 2019 dan mengakibatkan ruas jalan tergenang serta longsor pada beberapa titik. Kondisi tersebut menjadi dasar untuk dilakukan penelitian terkait penyebab dan mekanisme terjadi longsoran di Km 29+750.
Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui penyebab dan mekanisme terjadinya longsor dengan merepresentasikan pengaruh perubahan tinggi muka air sungai dan tinggi muka air tanah serta pengaruh gerusan terhadap perubahan safety factor pada lereng. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data hasil pengujian bor inti, dan pengambilan sampel tanah serta pengukuran penampang sungai. Dari data tersebut dilakukan pengujian laboratoium untuk mendapatkan sifat fisik tanah, dan pengujian kuat tekan bebas serta geser langsung untuk mengetahui sifat mekanis tanah.
Dari hasil simulasi yang dilakukan, perilaku perubahan safety factor akibat pengaruh tinggi muka air sungai terjadi peningkatan nilai safety factor pada saat level muka air sungai naik. Selain itu akan terjadi penurunan nilai safety factor pada saat terjadi penurunan level muka air sungai turun secara tiba-tiba (rapid drawdown). Dalam kondisi terjadi gerusan, perilaku perubahan safety factor juga mengalami penurunan pada saat kondisi rapid drawdown. Dari hasil analisa penurunan safety factor terbesar dan terjadi keruntuhan terjadi pada variasi gerusan 3 dengan penurunan nilai safety factor sebesar 51% sampai dengan nilai 0,93
Alternatif perkuatan lereng yang digunakan pada lereng Sungai Konaweha adalah buis beton dan tiang pancang baja. Perkuatan lereng pada kondisi level muka air normal memiliku safety factor sebesar 4,08. Setelah dilakukan validasi terhadap kondisi rapid drawdown, safety factor lereng menjadi 3,61.

The road Bts North Konawe Regency / Konawe – Pohara Regency is the main corridor in Southeast Sulawesi which experienced flooding in 2019 and resulted in inundation of roads and landslides at several points. These conditions became the basis for conducting research on the causes and mechanisms of landslides at Km 29+750.
The research was conducted by representing the effect of changes in river water level and groundwater level as well as the effect of scouring on changes in safety factors on slopes. The data used in this study are core drill test results, and soil sampling and river cross-sectional measurements. From these data, laboratory tests were carried out to obtain the physical properties of the soil, and unconfined compression test and direct shear tests were carried out to determine the mechanical properties of the soil.
From the simulation results, the behavior of changes in safety factor due to the influence of river water level increases the safety factor value when the river water level rises. However, there will be a decrease in the value of the safety factor when there is a sudden decrease in river water level (rapid drawdown). In conditions where scour occurs, the behavior of changing safety factors also decreases during rapid drawdown conditions. From the results of the analysis of the largest decrease in safety factor and failure occurred in scouring variation 3 with a decrease in the value of the safety factor by 51% to a value of 0.93
Alternative slope reinforcement that used on the slopes of the Konaweha River is tube concrete and steel piles. Slope reinforcement at normal water level conditions has 4,08 of safety factor. After validating the rapid drawdown condition, the slope safety factor becomes 3.61.
