Abstract
PT Anugerah Lapocino Abadi adalah perusahaan TV kabel yang bergerak dalam bidang per-televisian di daerah Kabupaten Wakatobi. Pada layanan pembayaran pelanggan, perusahaan ini masih mengalami kendala akibat minimnya teknologi yang digunakan dimana pengelolaan proses bisnis tersebut dilakukan secara manual sehingga membutuhkan transformasi ke proses bisnis secara digital. Salah satu caranya yaitu dengan menerapkan teknologi informasi serta menggunakan sistem informasi yang lebih baik. Implementasi sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi dimasa depan bergantung pada perancangan arsitekturnya.
Penggunaan TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) sebagai referensi utama dalam perancangan untuk menghasilkan Enterprise Architecture, dilengkapi dengan ADM TOGAF yang digunakan sebagai metode pengembangan Enterprise Architecture melalui beberapa fase yang penggunaannya dapat disesuaikan. Penelitian ini melalui tahapan preliminary, vision, business, information system, and technology architecture. Pada akhirnya, menghasilkan rancangan enterprise architecture berupa arsitektur bisnis, aplikasi, data, dan teknologi.

PT Anugerah Lapocino Abadi is a cable TV company engaged in television in the Wakatobi Regency area. In customer payment services, the company is still experiencing problems due to the lack of technology used where the management of the business process is done manually so that it requires transformation to digital business processes. One way is to apply information technology and use a better information system. The implementation of information systems and information technology in the future depends on the architectural design.
The use of TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) as the main reference in designing to produce Enterprise Architecture, equipped with TOGAF ADM which is used as a method of developing Enterprise Architecture through several phases whose use can be adjusted. This research goes through the preliminary, vision, business, information system, and technology architecture stages. In the end, produce enterprise architecture design in the form of business architecture, applications, data, and technology.
