Abstract
Freight forwarding berperan sangat besar dalam aktivitas ekspor-impor karena memberikan keuntungan bagi negara. freight forwarding atau jasa pengurusan transportasi pengiriman barang menggunakan multimoda. PT Lintas Bangsa Internasional (LBI) salah satu usaha yang bergerak dibidang freight forwarding yang menyediakan jasa pengiriman barang dengan bentuk custome clearance, door to port, door to door baik melalui transportasi darat, udara, maupun laut. Adanya kasus penyakit yaitu Coronavirus Disease atau dikenal COVID-19 berpengaruh terhadap bisnis dikarenakan beberapa negara ekspor-impor melakukan lockdown sehingga tertundanya pengiriman barang serta dokumen dan adanya kelangkaan container.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk perencanaan strategi untuk jasa freight forwarding dalam pengiriman barang tetap work healty, work hard dan work smart dalam Era New Normal Pandemi COVID-19 demi keberlangsungan usaha PT Lintas Bangsa Internasional (LBI). Perumusan strateginya mensyaratkan identifikasi faktor-faktor strategis internal dan eksternal perusahaan, dari faktor-faktors tersebut menggunakan metode EFE dan IFE yang digunakan dalam perencanaan strategi. Selanjutnya pencocokan untuk memperoleh alternatif strategi yang dihasilkan dari Matriks IE dan Matriks SWOT.
Kemudian hasilnya diolah dengan memakai QSPM Matrix, sehingga diperoleh strategi-strategi yang tepat. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan strategi terpilih dengan nilai TAS terbesar. Nilai TAS yang terbesar adalah strategi product development dengan perolehan TAS sebesar 6,02 diikuti juga dengan strategi agresif sebesar 5,98 dan urutan terakhir yaitu strategi market penetration sebesar 5,86. Jadi alternatif strategi PT LBI yang terpilih yaitu strategi product development. Strategi product development merekomendasikan: mengembangkan berbasis IT dengan memberikan kepada pelanggan agar bisa mengecek posisi barang secara real time; adanya pembuatan website serta media sosial dan business to business sebagai media pemasaran PT LBI; serta seluruh sistem tagihan dan pembayaran dilakukan secara elektronik untuk mengurangi interaksi manusia di saat COVID-19.

Freight forwarding plays a very big role to the export-import activities because it provides benefits for the country. Freight forwarding or transportation management services is for the delivery of goods by using multimodal. PT Lintas Bangsa Internasional (LBI) is a business engaged in freight forwarding that provides goods delivery services in the form of custom clearance, door to port, door to door either through land, air, or sea transportation. The existance of disease cases, namely Coronavirus Disease or known as COVID-19, affects business because several exporter-importer countries have been applying a lockdown policy, so that the delivery of goods and documents has been delayed and there is a shortage of containers.
This study aims to plan a strategy for freight forwarding services in delivering work healthy, work hard and work smart goods in the New Normal Era of the COVID-19 Pandemic for the sustainability of the business of PT Lintas Bangsa Internasional (LBI). The strategy formulation requires the identification of the company's internal and external strategic factors, from these factors by using the EFE and IFE methods used in strategic planning. Furthermore, matching to obtain alternative strategies generated from the IE Matrix and SWOT Matrix.
Then the results are processed using the QSPM Matrix, so that the right strategies are obtained. From the results of the analysis obtained the chosen strategy with the largest TAS value. The largest TAS value is the product development strategy with TAS gains of 6.02 followed by an aggressive strategy of 5.98 and the last order is the market penetration strategy of 5.86. So the alternative strategy chosen by PT LBI is the product development strategy. The product development strategy recommends: developing IT-based by giving it to customers so they can check the position of goods in real time; the creation of a website as well as social media and business to business as a marketing medium for PT LBI; and the entire billing and payment system is done electronically to reduce human interaction during COVID-19
