Abstract

Pada data profil kesehatan Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2020,
Kabupaten Sampang memiliki persentase positivity rate yang cukup tinggi yaitu sebesar 42,5% yang berarti masih jauh dari standar WHO yang menetapkan positivity rate dikatakan baik bila mencapai <5%. Sampai pada tanggal 31 Desember 2020 di Kabupaten Sampang tercatat bahwa terdapat sebanyak 519 pasien terkonfirmasi positif COVID-19, 431 pasien (83,04%) telah dinyatakan sembuh, 27 pasien (5,20%) dinyatakan meninggal dan 61 pasien (11,75%) masih dalam perawatan. Hal ini menunjukkan angka kesembuhan pasien yang dinyatakan positif COVID-19 di Kabupaten Sampang pada tahun 2020 cukup tinggi serta meyatakan virus COVID-19 cukup berbahaya bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Sampang. Analisis Survival ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi lama waktu pasien yang positif COVID-19 di Kabupaten Sampang dapat dinyatakan sembuh, dengan menggunakan metode Regresi Cox Proportional Hazard. ====================================================================================================
In the health profile data of East Java Province in 2020, Sampang Regency has a fairly high positivity rate of 42.5% which means it is still far from the WHO standard that sets positivity rate is said to be good when it reaches <5%. As of December 31, 2020 in Sampang Regency, 519 patients were confirmed positive for COVID-19, 431 patients (83.04%) had been declared cured, 27 patients (5.20%) were declared dead and 61 patients (11.75%) were still under treatment. This shows that the recovery rate of patients who tested positive for Covid-19 in Sampang Regency in 2020 is quite high and the COVID-19 virus is quite dangerous for the people of Sampang Regency. This Survival analysis was conducted to find out the factors that affect the length of time patients who are positive for COVID-19 in Sampang Regency can be declared cured, using the Cox Proportional Hazard Regression method.
