Abstract
PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) atau PT INKA merupakan perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) manufaktur kereta api. Karena memliki tujuan untuk menghasilkan transportasi umum, kualitas harus sangat diperhatikan oleh perusahaan dalam proses pembuatan kereta api, dalam proses menjaga kualitas produk tersebut tim quality control perusahaan juga dibantu dengan aplikasi Non-Comformity Report (NCR) Online untuk memudahkan menangani ketidaksesuaian barang yang melewati tahap quality control.
Aplikasi dibuat dengan menggunakan framework Laravel dan memiliki beberapa fitur, beberapa diantaranya adalah pendaftaran NCR, respon atas pendaftaran NCR, verifikasi setelah dilakukan tindak lanjut dan juga fitur melihat laporan NCR yang sudah terjadi . Sistem NCR Online sendiri sudah berjalan lama namun terakhir terjadi perubahan sistem karena perubahan struktur organisasi perusahaan. Saya diminta untuk membuat dokumentasi sistem berupa User Manual dan Blueprint Sistem NCR Online dengan berdasarkan perubahan terakhir yang dilakukan.

PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) or PT INKA is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) manufacturing trains. Because it has the goal of producing public transportation, quality must be paid great attention to by the company in the process of making trains, in the process of maintaining the quality of the product, the company's quality control team is also assisted by the Online Non-Conformity Report (NCR) application to make it easier to handle non-conformity of goods that pass through the stages quality control.
The application is made using the Laravel framework and has several features, some of which are NCR registration, response to NCR registration, verification after follow-up and also a feature to view NCR reports that have occurred. The NCR Online system itself has been running for a long time, but recently there was a system change due to changes in the company's organizational structure. I was asked to make system documentation in the form of a User Manual and a Blueprint for the NCR Online System based on the last changes made.
