Abstract
Dalam sistem kelistrikan proteksi listrik sebuah generator merupakan hal yang sangat penting. PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang merupakan pelopor produsen pupuk urea di Indonesia. PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang mengalami permasalahan kelistrikan yang berakibat cukup serius pada sistem kelistrikannya. Permasalahan utamanya adalah lepasnya integrasi synchronus bus 33kV akibat terbukanya circuit breaker (CB) TR-SB2 yang disebabkan oleh interlock yang salah menyebabkan Steam Turbine Generator (STG) trip. Lepasnya synchronous bus ini disebabkan adanya gangguan hubung singkat pada pabrik 4 PUSRI yang menyebabkan breaker open. Breaker tersebut memiliki interlock dengan CB TR-SB2 yang akhirnya membuat lepas integrasi. Disisi lain, adanya rele frekuensi yang ternyata belum disetting dan rele generator yang belum pernah dievaluasi sebelumnya ikut ambil bagian mengapa perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap rele proteksi generator. Dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan evaluasi terhadap setting rele proteksi dalam sistem proteksi generator. Rele proteksi tersebut meliputi rele sinkronisasi, rele hilang eksitasi, rele arus lebih urutan negatif, rele arus lebih dengan kendali tegangan, rele frekuensi, dan rele diferensial. Dalam melakukan evaluasi pada tugas akhir ini, digunakan bantuan software ETAP 12.6 dan microsoft excel untuk mempermudah perhitungan dan evaluasi. Pada setting rele frekuensi, underfrekuensi rele diatur sebesar 47,5 Hz dan untuk overfrekuensi diatur sebesar 52,5 Hz. Hasil dari penelitian tugas akhir ini dapat digunakan sebagai pertimbangan dan rekomendasi bagi PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang dan perusahaan lain yang memiliki permasalahan serupa.

In the electrical system, the electrical protection of a generator is very important. PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang is the pioneer of urea fertilizer producers in Indonesia. PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang experienced electrical problems which had serious consequences for its electrical system. The main problem is the loss of the 33kV synchronus bus integration due to the opening of the TR-SB2 circuit breaker (CB) caused by the wrong interlock causing the Steam Turbine Generator (STG) to trip. The release of the synchronous bus was caused by a short circuit at PUSRI factory 4, which caused the breaker to open. The breaker has an interlock with the CB TR-SB2, which finally makes the integration loose. On the other hand, the presence of a frequency relay that has not been set and a generator relay that has never been evaluated before takes part in why it is necessary to evaluate the generator protection relay. An evaluationcof the protection relay settings in the generator protection system was carried out. These protection relays include synchronization relays, loss-of-excitation relays, negative sequence overcurrent relays, voltage-controlled overcurrent relays, frequency relays, and differential relays. In evaluating this final project, ETAP 12.6 and Microsoft Excel software are used to facilitate calculation and evaluation. In setting the frequency relay, the underfrequency of the relay is set at 47.5 Hz and for the overfrequency it is set at 52.5 Hz. The results of this final project can be used as considerations and recommendations for PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang and other companies that have similar problems.
