Abstract
PT XYZ adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa yang sudah menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM)ISO 9001:2015, saat ini terdapat masalah yang harus dihadapi oleh PT XYZ karena belum memenuhi keinginan pengguna jasa secara konsisten. Berdasarkan laporan survei kepuasan pengguna jasa PT XYZ tahun 2021 menunjukkan 65% kendala yang dihadapi pengguna jasa saat melakukan kerjasama berkaitan dengan kinerja karyawan,sehingga karyawan perlu melakukan perbaikan kinerjanya.Terdapat dampak buruk akibat kesalahan dalam mengelola evaluasi dari pengguna jasa yaitu menurunkan reputasi perusahaan dan menimbulkan kerugian secara finansial. Penerapan ISO 9001:2015 dipercaya mampu memberikan dorongan positif kepada kinerja karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor SMM yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT XYZ. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) karena SMM dan kinerja karyawan masing-masing diukur melalui beberapa indikator, serta sampel yang digunakan relatif kecil yaitu 49 responden. Hasil analisis SEM-PLS menunjukkan terdapat 3 indikator yang tidak signifikan dalam mengukur variabel latennya yaitu memahami kemampuan perusahaan dan menentukan hambatan sumber daya sebelum tindakan tidak signifikan dalam mengukur prinsippendekatan proses, memfasilitasi diskusi terbuka tidak signifikan dalam mengukur prinsip keterlibatan karyawan, dan frekuensi pekerjaan yang dihasilkan melampaui standar tidak signifikan dalam mengukur kinerja karyawan. Prinsip kepemimpinan signifikan dan memberikan pengaruh terhadap prinsip keterlibatan karyawan, prinsip pendekatan proses signifikan dan memberikan pengaruh terhadap prinsip peningkatan mutu, dan fokus pada pelanggan memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

PT XYZ is a company engaged in the service sector that has implemented the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System(QMS). Currently, there are problems that must be faced byPT XYZ because it has not consistently met the wishes of service users. Based on thePT XYZservice user satisfaction survey report in 2021,it shows that65% of the obstacles faced by service users when collaborating is related to employee performance, so employees need to improvetheir performance. There is a bad impact due to errors in managing the evaluation of service users, namely reducing the company's reputation, and causing financial losses. The implementation of ISO 9001:2015 is believed to be able to provide a positive boost to employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the QMSfactors that affect the performance of PT XYZ employees. The method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square(SEM-PLS) because QMSand employee performance are each measured through several indicators, and the sample used is relatively small, namely 49 respondents. The results of theSEM-PLS analysis show that there are 3indicators that are not significant in measuring the latent variables, namely understanding the company's capabilities, and determining resource constraints before action, which is not significant in measuring the principle of the process approach, facilitating open discussion is not significant in measuring the principle of employee involvement, and the frequency of work that is carried out is not significant. The surplus generated beyond the standard is not significant in measuring employee performance. The leadership principle is significant and has an influence on the principle of employee involvement; the principle of the process approach is significant and has an influence on the principle of quality improvement; and focus on the customer has an influence on employee performance.
