Abstract

Pemerintah kabupaten Bondownso hern paya menambah fasilitas barn denyan membangun gedung Rawat Jalan pada Rumah Sakit Daerah DR. Koesnadi. Provek ini tidak mempunyai persediaan material diawal, material yang diperlukan didatangkan sebelum item pekerjaan pada provek berjalan. Sehingga mengakibatkan jumlah persediaan material yang datang bisa berlebihan atau kurang dart kebutuhan. Hal tersebul akan berpengaruh terhadap biava total provek tersebut . Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk membuat perencanaan persediaan material agar diperoleh biava persediaan material vang paling minimum. Analisa persediaan material dilakukan dengan menerapkan Metode Perencanaan Persediaan Material ( Material Requirement Planning ). Proses pengolahan MRP melalui tahapan eksplosion (analisa kebutuhan kotor material ), netting (analisa kebutuhan bersih material ), lotting (analisa jumlah pemesanan ) yaitu dengan membandingkan teknik lot for lot dan fixed order quantity, dan offsetting (penentuan waktu pemesanan). Dari hasil analisa metode MRP yang menggunakan teknik lotting lot for lot didapat bahwa jumlah material yang dipesan sama dengan jumlah material yang dibutuhkan, dan pemesanan dilakukan satu periode lead time sebelum dibutuhkan. Biava total pengadaan material paling minimum, untuk material semen Rp. 141.577.106 , 40 ; material pasir Rp. 18.917.844, 00 ; material kerikil Rp. 30.327.848,00 ; material besi Rp. 674.107.865, 00 ; material batubata Rp. 23.387.000, 00 ; dan material kapur Rp. 18.131.050,00.

The government of Bondowoso Regency try' to add the new facility by developing an ambulatori building at DR. Koesnadi Hospital. This project don't ha\?e the material supply of early, the material needed to be conducived before work item at walk project. So that result the incoming inventory amount can be abundant or less than requirement. It will have an effect on to total expense of the project. This final project aim to make the planning of inventory so that obtained by minimum of cost inventory. Analyse of inventory was done by applying Method of Planning of Inventory ( Material Requirement Planning). Process of MRP processing bv eksplosion step (the material dirty requirement analyse), netting (the clean material requirement analyse), lotting (the ordering amount analyse) that is by comparing technique of lot for lot and fixed order quantity, and offsetting (ordering time determination). From result of the MRP method analyse is using lotting of lot for lot technique have been got that material amount ordered is equal to required material amount, and ordering was conducted by one period of lead time before required.The most minimum of material levying cost, for the material of cement Rp. 141.577.106,40; material of sand Rp. 18.917.844,00; material of gravel Rp. 30.327.848,00; material of iron Rp. 674.107.865,00; material of batubata Rp. 23.387.000,00; and material of calcify Rp. 18.131.050,00.
