Abstract

Dalam proses kerjasama membutuhkan banyak administrasi yang harus diselesaikan.
Mulai dari surat kontrak, hingga nominal kontraknya. Banyak file yang dibutuhkan untuk
memproses satu kerjasama, namun sayangnya saat ini keseluruhan proses pencatatan masih
dilakukan secara manual oleh Direktorat Kerjasama dan Pengelolaan Usaha (DKPU) ITS,
sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan kerja lebih banyak dalam pengelolaan
administrasi kerjasama tersebut. Setelah melihat celah kebutuhan diatas, maka dibuatlah
aplikasi berbasis web, yang dinamakan myITS Project yang digunakan sebagai wadah untuk
memudahkan pengelolaan administrasi kerjasama yang dilakukan antara ITS dengan
mitranya. Metode User-centered Design digunakan dimana setiap fase pengembangan yang
dilakukan berpusat kepada pengguna, sehingga dengan digunakannya metode tersebut sistem
akan menjadi lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi pengguna. Pengembangan
antarmuka pengguna myITS Project dilakukan dengan membuat sketsa untuk
diimplementasikan sebagai halaman front-end aplikasi pada akhirnya

In the process of cooperation requires a lot of administration to be completed. Starting from

unfortunately at this time the entire recording process is still done manually by the ITS Directorate of
Business Cooperation and Management (DKPU), so it takes a long time and more work in managing
the administration of the collaboration. After seeing the gap in the needs above, a web-based
application was created, called myITS Project which is used as a forum to facilitate the management of
the administration of cooperation between ITS and its partners. The User-centered Design method is
used where every phase of development is user-centered, so that by using this method the system will
be more in line with the needs and conditions of the user. The development of the myITS Project user
interface was carried out by sketching to be implemented as a front-end application page in the end
