Abstract

Telah dilakukan interpretasi data survey geomagnetic untuk menentukan persebaran bijih besi di daerah Riam Danau, Kecamatan Jelai Hulu, Kabupaten Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat. Proses akuisisi dilakukan menggunakan Proton Precession Magnetometer (PPM) dan posisi titik ukur ditentukan menggunakan Global Positioning System (GPS). Metode yang digunakan dalam proses akuisisi adalah metode Looping dengan Base Station yang tetap (Fixed Base). Pengolahan data anomaly magnetic total dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa tahapan, mulai dari koreksi variasi harian hingga Reduksi ke Kutub. Anomali magnetic yang telah direduksi ke Kutub dengan menggunakan Software MagPick dan Excell menunjukkan persebaran Bijih Besi di lokasi membentang ke arah Utara lokasi, dimana terdapat banyak anomali yang tersebar di daerah tersebut

Interpretation of geomagnetic survey data has been carried out to determine the distribution of iron ore in the Riam Danau area, Jelai Hulu District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan. The acquisition process is carried out using a Proton Precession Magnetometer (PPM) and the position of the measuring point is determined using the Global Positioning System (GPS). The method used in the acquisition process is the Looping method with a Fixed Base. Processing of total magnetic anomaly data is carried out using several stages, starting from daily variation correction to reduction to the poles. Magnetic anomaly that has been reduced to the Pole using MagPick and Excell Software shows the distribution of Iron Ore in locations stretching to the north of the location, where there are many anomalies scattered in the area
