Abstract

Pelaksanaan proyek pembuatan perkuatan tebing kali wonokromo mengalami keterlambatan. Proyek direncanakan selesai dalam waktu 223 hari dengan biaya sebesar Rp. 8.895.504.000 tetapi di dalam pelaksanaan, proyek ini mengalami keterlambatan selama 30 hari. Untuk mengejar keterlambatan maka dilakukan analisa Time Cost Trade Off ( TCTO ). Analisa pertukaran biaya dan waktu dalam proyek ini menggunakan dua altematif. Alternatif 1 yaitu penambahan jam kerja lembur selama 4 jam, dan alternatif 2 yaitu penambahan kapasitas alat berat dan penambahan regu kerja. Dari hasil perhitungan, untuk mengejar keterlambatan proyek selama 30 hari agar proyek dapat diselesaikan dalam waktu 193 hari dapat menggunakan dua alternatif Alternatif I dengan penambahan biaya sebesar Rp. 9.058.000 sehingga total biaya alternatif 1 menjadi Rp. 9.295.007.000 sedangkan alternatif 2 dengan penambahan biaya sebesar Rp. 33.836.000 sehingga total biaya alternatif 2 menjadi Rp. 9.319.785.000. Maksimum Crashing untuk Alternatif 1 adalah 35 hari dengan tambahan biaya sebesar Rp. 48.195.000, untuk alternatif 2 mengalami maksimum 33 hari dengan tambahan biaya sebesar Rp. 61.039.000

The implementation of the Wonokromo River cliff reinforcement project has been delayed. The project is planned to be completed within 223 days at a cost of Rp. 8,895,504,000 but in implementation, this project experienced a delay of 30 days. To catch up on delays, a Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO) analysis was carried out. Cost and time exchange analysis in this project uses two alternatives. Alternative 1 is the addition of 4 hours of overtime, and alternative 2 is the addition of heavy equipment capacity and the addition of work teams. From the results of the calculations, to catch up with project delays of 30 days so that the project can be completed within 193 days, two alternatives of Alternative I can be used with an additional cost of Rp. 9,058,000 so that the total cost of alternative 1 becomes Rp. 9,295,007,000 while alternative 2 with an additional fee of Rp. 33,836,000 so that the total cost of alternative 2 becomes Rp. 9,319,785,000. Maximum Crashing for Alternative 1 is 35 days with an additional fee of Rp. 48,195,000, for alternative 2 it will take a maximum of 33 days with an additional fee of Rp. 61,039,000
