Abstract

Peran sistem informasi saat ini telah merambah hampir ke seluruh model bisnis , bukan hanya bisnis yang dikelola pihak swasta namun juga instansi pemerintah. Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan ( DJPB) sebagai salah satu instansi pemerintah yang bekerja dibawah naungan Kementerian Keuangan menerapkan sistem informasi dalam bentuk aplikasi untuk menjalankan tugasnya, tidak hanya itu, mengembangkan beberapa aplikasi yang disusun dengan mengikuti standar akuntansi pemerintah yang digunakan oleh Satuan Kerja (satker) sebagai alat bantu dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan keuangan negara Seluruh aplikasi yang telah disebutkan diatas pada dasarnya merupakan aplikasi yang sating terkait namun saat ini masih dikembangkan secara terpisah, hal ini dapat mengakibatkan adanya duplikasi atau bahkan ketidakcocokan data antar aplikasi serta menyulitkan satker dalam proses pelaksanaannya sehingga dapat mengurangi efisiensi kianerja satker bersangkutan. Berdasarkan alasan tersebut maka dikembangkanlah aplikasi baru bernama ”Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Keuangan Negara” yang mengintegrasi seluruh aplikasi tersebut. Aplikasi ini merupakan aplikasi berbasis web yang dibangun menggunakan teknologi Java (java servlet dan java server pages (jsp)) dan database PostgreSQL. Aplikasi ini menjadi sebuah solusi untuk mengatasi masalah adanya duplikasi data dan Aplikasi ini memiliki kemampuan untuk menghasilkan output berupa Buku Persediaan dan Laporan Persediaan

The role of information systems has now penetrated almost all business models, not only businesses managed by the private sector but also government agencies. The Directorate General of Treasury ( DJPB) as a government agency working under the auspices of the Ministry of Finance implements an information system in the form of an application to carry out its duties, not only that, it develops several applications that are prepared according to government accounting standards used by the Work Unit (satker) as tools in the implementation of state financial management All of the applications mentioned above are basically interrelated applications but are currently still being developed separately, this can result in duplication or even data incompatibility between applications and complicates the work unit in the implementation process so as to reduce efficiency the performance of the work unit concerned. Based on these reasons, a new application called "State Financial Management Information System" was developed which integrates all of these applications. This application is a web-based application built using Java technology (java servlet and java server pages (jsp)) and PostgreSQL database. This application is a solution to overcome the problem of data duplication and this application has the ability to produce output in the form of Inventory Books and Inventory Reports
