Abstract

Perumda Air Minum Tirta Raharja memiliki tingkat NRW sebesar 27,20 % masih di atas target RPJMN 2020-2024 yaitu 25%. Pada tahun 2021, air yang hilang akibat NRW adalah 7.943.900,5 m³ sehingga terdapat potensi pendapatan yang hilang sebesar 53,31 milyar.NRW di DMA Graha Bukit Raya III (GBR III) Cisarua adalah 61,0% merupakan NRW tertinggi di antara 4 DMA di Zona Cisarua Wilayah Pelayanan IV Perumda Air Minum Tirta Raharja. Berdasarkan neraca air periode Mei 2022, dari total 21.206 m³ air yang terdistribusi terdapat kehilangan air sebesar 12.936 m³ dimana kehilangan air fisik merupakan komponen penyebab kehilangan air terbesar yaitu 54,37 %.
Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis terhadap DMA GBR III Cisarua untuk memperoleh strategi optimalisasi DMA. Analisis DMA dilakukan dengan membandingkan kondisi eksisting terhadap kriteria DMA yang ada dalam literatur. Analisis jaringan pipa distribusi pada DMA dilakukan melalui pemodelan menggunakan bantuan software EPANET 2.2. Analisis keuangan dan manfaat dilakukan terhadap alternatif strategi optimalisasi yang diperoleh, sehingga didapatkan strategi optimalisasi DMA yang paling tepat. Sebagian besar kriteria DMA telah dipenuhi oleh DMA GBR III. Kriteria yang belum terpenuhi adalah variasi permukaan tanah dan tinggi hidraulis pipa. Optimalisasi terhadap DMA GBR III dilakukan melalui 2 (dua) alternatif dengan pemasangan PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve). Alternatif pertama dilakukan dengan penambahan 2 PRV. Alternatif kedua dilakukan dengan penambahan 3 PRV. Alternatif kedua dipilih sebagai rekomendasi strategi optimasi DMA GBR III dengan pertimbangan mampu memberikan manfaat yang lebih baik. Tingkat kehilangan air pada alternatif kedua adalah 12,16 % sehingga mampu menyelamatkan air sebanyak 107.408,4 m³ /tahun dan memberikan potensi tambahan profit sebesar 217,2 juta rupiah/tahun. Dengan biaya investasi sebesar 135 juta rupiah, alternatif kedua memiliki waktu pengembalian modal selama 4 tahun 6 bulan.

Perumda Water Drinking Tirta Raharja has an NRW level of 27,20 %, still above the 2020-2024 RPJMN target of 25%. The NRW in DMA Graha Bukit Raya III (GBR III) Cisarua 61.0% is the highest NRW among the 4 DMAs in the Cisarua Zone of Service Area IV of the Tirta Raharja Drinking Water Perumda. Based on the water balance for the May 2022 period, out of a total of 21,206 m³ of distributed water, there was a water loss of 12,936 m³ where physical water loss was the largest component causing water loss, namely 54.37%. In this study, an analysis was carried out on DMA GBR III Cisarua to obtain a DMA optimization strategy. DMA analysis was carried out by comparing the existing conditions with the DMA criteria in the literature. Distribution pipe network analysis on DMA is done through modeling using EPANET 2.2 software. Financial and benefit analysis is carried out on the alternative optimization strategies obtained, so that the most appropriate DMA optimization strategy is obtained. Most of the DMA criteria have been met by DMA GBR III. The criteria that have not been met are the variation of the ground surface and the hydraulic height of the pipe. Optimization of DMA GBR III is carried out through 2 (two) alternatives by installing a PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve). The first alternative is done by adding 2 PRV. The second alternative is done by adding 3 PRV. The second alternative was chosen as a recommendation for the GBR III DMA optimization strategy with the consideration of being able to provide better benefits. The rate of water loss in the second alternative is 12,16 % so that it can save as much as 107.408,4 m3/year of water and provide an additional potential profit of 217,2 million rupiah/year. With an
investment cost of 217,2 million rupiah, the second alternative has a payback period of 4 years and 6 months.
