Abstract

Dalam proses fabrikasi struktur lepas pantai tipe jacket ada beberapa tahapan yang harus dilakukan, salah satunya yaitu proses roll-up bagian dari struktur jacket. Pada kasus proses rollup struktur jacket Horsea II OSS terjadi permasalahan yaitu penurunan fondasi pada salah satu support frame structure yang mengakibatkan struktur jacket miring, sehingga terjadi pergeseran beban ke salah satu support frame structure. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis roll-up pada struktur jacket dengan variasi roll-up angle yaitu 0°, 30°, 60°, 77°, 90°, dan 93,6°. Pemodelan dan analisis struktur jacket menggunakan software SACS untuk mengetahui respon struktur jacket dan reaksi yang terjadi. Kemudian, analisis dilanjutkan pada support frame structure akibat penurunan tanah secara lokal dengan Metode Elemen Hingga. Pemodelan dari struktur dan meshing pada support frame structure dilakukan menggunakan software SACS untuk mendapatkan Von Mises stress dan maksimum unity check pada struktur. Pada analisis roll-up diperoleh respon struktur jacket tidak mengalami kegagalan dengan maksimum unity check yaitu 0,634 dan unity check maksimum untuk joint strength yaitu 0,965. Pada analisis reaksi maksimum akibat proses roll-up didapatkan yaitu 5.194,32 kN, sedangkan reaksi maksimum akibat penurunan tanah yaitu 6.185,14 kN. Pada analisis lokal untuk support frame structure diperoleh respon untuk lokasi kritis yaitu pada pelat 8K67 dengan nilai unity check 0,615 dan Von Mises stress adalah 184,41 MPa. Distribusi beban juga diperhitungkan untuk mempertimbangkan kapasitas fondasi, dengan reaksi maksimum yang diterima oleh fondasi terjadi pada titik P1 dengan beban terdistribusi sebesar 249,51 MT.

In the process of fabricating jacket-type offshore structures there are several steps that must be carried out, one of which is the roll-up process of parts of the jacket structure. In the case of the Horsea II OSS jacket structure roll-up process, a problem occurred, namely the settlement on one of the support frame structure which resulted in a tilted jacket structure, resulting in a shift in load to one of the support frame structure. In this study, roll-up analysis was carried out on the jacket structure with roll-up angle variations of 0°, 30°, 60°, 77°, 90°, and 93.6°. Modeling and analysis of the jacket structure using SACS software to determine the response of the jacket structure and the reactions that occur. Then, the analysis is continued on the support frame structure due to settlement using the Finite Element Method. Modeling of the structure and meshing of the support frame structure is carried out using SACS software to obtain the Von Mises stress and maximum unity check on the structure. In the roll-up analysis, the response of the jacket structure did not fail with a maximum unity check of 0.634 and a maximum unity check for joint strength of 0.965. In the analysis the maximum reaction due to the roll-up process was found to be 5,194.32 kN, while the maximum reaction due to settlement was 6,185.14 kN. In the local analysis for the support frame structure, the response for the critical location is obtained on the 8K67 plate with a unity check value of 0.615 and a Von Mises stress of 184.41 MPa. Load distribution is also calculated to consider the capacity of the foundation, with the maximum reaction received by the foundation occurring at point P1 with a distributed load of 249.51 MT.
