Abstract

Analisa Biaya Untuk Penentuan Nilai Beasiswa Mahasiswa Timor-Leste di Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkompilasi penggunaan dana beasiswa Fundos Desenvolvimento Capital Humano (FDCH) yang diterima mahasiswa Timor Leste berbeasiswa FDCH di ITS tahun 2017-2022, mengkategorikan dan menganalisis kecukupan penggunaan beasiswa FDCH yang diterima mahasiswa Timor Leste berbeasiswa FDCH di ITS tahun 2017 berdasarkan metode ANALISA BIAYA, serta menyusun rekomendasi besaran beasiswa yang sebaiknya diberikan kepada mahasiswa Timor-Leste untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan studi mahasiswa Timor Leste berbeasiswa ke depannya. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah metode sensus dimana data diambil dari seluruh populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada seluruh 42 mahasiswa yang studi di ITS. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode ANALISA BIAYA, yaitu adalah sebuah metode untuk proses pengidentifikasian, pencatatan, penghitungan, peringkasan, pengevaluasian dan pelaporan biaya pokok suatu produk baik barang maupun jasa dengan metode dan sistem tertentu sehingga pihak manajemen perusahaan dapat mengambil keputusan bisnis secara efektif dan efisien. Dari hasil analisa yang dilakukan biaya yang diterima termasuk biaya yang dengan jumlah besar, sehingga dapat diusulkan kepada pemberi beasiswa yakni FDCH untuk menerapkan pengeluaran biaya dari hasil Analisa Biaya yang sudah disimulasikan. Dengan menggunakan rata-rata biaya hidup mahasiswa Timor-Leste yakni Rp2.791.333/bulan maka beasiswa maksimum akan diberikan sampai dengan 7,5 tahun, apabila tidak menggunakan biaya SPP, biaya imigrasi, dan biaya asuransi kesehatan. Selain itu dapat diberikan sampai 6,5 tahun jika menggunakan biaya SPP, biaya imigrasi, dan biaya asuransi kesehatan. Apabila menggunakan standar mahasiswa Indonesia yakni Rp2.265.981/bulan maka biaya beasiswa dapat diberikan sampai 7,5 tahun.

The method used in this study is the COST ANALYSIS method, which is a method for the process of identifying, recording, calculating, summarizing, evaluating and reporting the basic costs of a product, both goods and services with certain methods and systems so that the company's management can make business decisions effectively. effective and efficient. From the results of the analysis carried out, the costs received include large amounts, so that it can be proposed to the scholarship provider, namely FDCH, to apply the cost expenditures from the simulated Cost Analysis results. By using the average cost of living for Timor-Leste students, which is IDR 2,791,333/month, the maximum scholarship will be awarded for up to 7.5 years, if not using tuition fees, immigration fees, and health insurance costs. In addition, it can be given up to 6.5 years if you use tuition fees, immigration fees, and health insurance costs. If using the standard for Indonesian students, which is IDR 2,265,981/month, the scholarship fee can be given for up to 7.5 years.
