Abstract

Permasalahan pada Instalasi Booster KM. IV PDAM Tirta Musi Kota Palembang tercatat untuk rasio biaya listrik terhadap air terdistribusi mengalami kenaikan yaitu pada tahun 2021 sebesar Rp.259/m3 dan untuk laporan sampai bulan Mei 2022 sebesar Rp.308/m3. Konsumsi energi listrik instalasi tersebut mengalami kenaikan yang disebabkan umur ekonomis peralatan semakin berkurang menyebabkan penurunan kinerja pompa ditambah belum pernah dilakukan program audit energi, Perlu upaya peningkatan efisiensi energi yang dilakukan dengan menganalisis kondisi sistem distribusi eksisting kemudian dibandingkan dengan kondisi ideal untuk penghematan energi. analisis untuk pompa distribusi dilakukan dengan mengukur pemakaian energi oleh pompa dan efisiensi kinerja pompa. Untuk kinerja jaringan perpipaan dianalisis dengan pengukuran sisa tekan di titik distribusi terjauh dan tertinggi. analisis hidrolis jaringan distribusi dengan melakukan pemodelan menggunakan EPANET 2.2. Hasil penelitian pada unit pelayanan KM. IV didapatkan Penurunan kinerja pompa dan tingginya konsumsi energi disebabkan oleh Pompa distribusi 1, 2, 3 dan 4 mengalami penurunan efisiensi kinerja menjadi 45-50%, sedangkan Pompa distribusi 1A, 2A, 1B dan 2B mengalami penurunan efisiensi kinerja menjadi kurang dari 40% ditambah kecepatan aliran air pada pipa distribusi utama unit pelayanan KM. IV kurang merata. Program peningkatan efisiensi energi yang dapat diterapkan dengan meningkatkan efisiensi kinerja pompa 1, 2, 3 dan 4 dengan melakukan rekondisi, perbaikan impeller, penyetelan Kembali dan penggantian pompa 1A, 2A, 1B dan 2B secara keseluruhan. Pemasangan pipa interkoneksi di daerah By pass Puntikayu meningkatkan kecepatan aliran pada pipa L28 dari 0,11 m/s menjadi 0,62 m/s. analisis finansial menunjukkan bahwa implementasi peningkatan efisiensi energi tersebut dapat menurunkan biaya energi sebesar Rp.131,58/ m3 dengan modal investasi sebesar Rp 10.626.435.740,00 dan payback period selama 4,63 Tahun.

Efforts are needed to increase energy efficiency by analyzing the condition of the existing distribution system and then comparing it with ideal conditions for energy saving. analysis for distribution pumps is carried out by measuring the energy consumption by the pumps and the efficiency of pump performance. for the performance of the pipeline network is analyzed by measuring the remaining pressure at the furthest and highest distribution points. distribution network hydraulic analysis by modeling using EPANET 2.2. The results of research on KM service units. IV is obtained. The decrease in pump performance and high energy consumption is caused by distribution pumps 1, 2, 3 and 4 experiencing a decrease in performance efficiency to 45-50%, while distribution pumps 1A, 2A, 1B and 2B experience a decrease in performance efficiency to less than 40% plus the speed of water flow in the main distribution pipe of the KM service unit. IV is uneven. An energy efficiency improvement program that can be implemented by increasing the performance efficiency of pumps 1, 2, 3 and 4 by reconditioning, repairing impellers, readjusting and replacing pumps 1A, 2A, 1B and 2B as a whole. The installation of interconnection pipes in the Puntikayu Bypass area increased the flow velocity in the L28 pipe from 0.11 m/s to 0.62 m/s. Financial analysis shows that the implementation of energy efficiency improvements can reduce energy costs by IDR 131.58/m3 with an investment capital of IDR 10,626,435,740.00 and a payback period of 4.63 years.
