Abstract
Gardu Induk Cempaka merupakan salah satu aset PT PLN (Persero) yang berada di kota Banjarbaru dan peralatan transformator memegang peranan penting dalam penyaluran listrik. Sebagai ibukota provinsi Kalimantan Selatan, kota Banjarbaru memiliki potensi mengalami kenaikan jumlah pelanggan seiring dengan kemajuan daerah dan berdampak pada pembebanan transformator dimana batas aman pembebanan maksimal 80% dari kapasitasnya. Salah satu cara untuk mengetahui pembebanan transformator adalah dengan melakukan estimasi pembebanan yang mempertimbangkan jumlah pelanggan. Metode forecasting casual analisis regresi merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mengestimasi pembebanan transformator dengan mempertimbangkan hubungan antara data pembebanan transformator dan data jumlah pelanggan. Hasil estimasi pembebanan transformator digunakan untuk menentukan health index dan memberikan rekomendasi kepada PLN guna menjaga kehandalan penyaluran listrik dan transformator dapat beroperasi sesuai umur teknisnya. Hasil analisis penelitian tahun 2023 – 2025 menunjukkan health index masing - masing transformator di GI Cempaka masih dalam kategori baik dan saat skenario gangguan 1 dan 2 transformator mengalami padam menunjukkan health index transformator 5, 6, dan 7 bervariasi antara cukup, kurang, dan buruk. Rekomendasi yang diberikan adalah untuk melakukan monitoring pembebanan, padam pelanggan sebagian, pemeliharaan, penambahan transformator baru, dan konstruksi Gardu Induk baru.

Cempaka Substation is one of PT PLN (Persero)’s assets located in Banjarbaru and transformer plays an important role in distribution of electricity. As new South Kalimantan capital, Banjarbaru has potential to experience increase of customers in line with regional progress and impact on transformer loading where maximum safe loading limit is 80% of its capacity. One way to find out transformer loading is to estimate load by considering customers. Forecasting casual method of regression analysis is methods used to estimate transformer loading by considering relationship between transformer loading data and customer data. The results of estimation of transformer load are used to determine health index and provide recommendations to PLN in order to maintain reliability of electricity distribution and transformer can operate according to its technical age. The results of research analysis for 2023 – 2025 show that health index of each transformer in Cempaka Substation is still in good category and during fault scenarios 1 and 2 transformer going out shows health index of transformers 5, 6, and 7 varies between sufficient, insufficient, and bad. The recommendations given are to carry out monitoring of loading, partial customer outages, maintenance, addition of new transformers, and construction of new substations.
