Abstract
Layanan PLN kepada pelanggan kini menjadi lebih sederhana, cepat, terintegrasi, mudah, dan dapat dimonitor serta dikontrol secara real-time. Aplikasi Yantek Mobile adalah alat pendukung kegiatan pengelolaan pengaduan pelanggan yang memungkinkan regu Yantek sampai di lokasi dan melakukan penanganan. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan sistem informasi dalam organisasi adalah Information Systems (IS) Success Model dan task technology fit (TTF). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kegunaan TTF dan IS Success Model pada kinerja karyawan menggunakan Yantek Mobile PLN. Penelitian ini menggunakan Aplikasi Yantek Mobile yang digunakan dalam memfasilitasi petugas lapangan guna mempermudah mobilitas tugas dan data dapat langsung diinput pada aplikasi sehingga hasilnya dapat langsung dipantau. Untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian digunakan metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei kepada responden, dimana responden harus dari unit divisi Yantek (Pelayanan Teknik) di Unit Induk Distribusi Jawa Timur, UP3 Mojokerto. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan faktor yang paling berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan task technology fit adalah task characteristics dan faktor yang paling berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan usage behavior adalah system quality, rekomendasi untuk PLN agar dapat meningkatkan pelayanan melalui penggunaan aplikasi PLN mobile dengan berfokus kepada faktor-faktor atau determinan penting mulai dari yang memiliki efek terbesar sampai terkecil.

PLN's services to customers are now simpler, faster, integrated, easier, and can be monitored and controlled in real-time. The Yantek Mobile application is a tool to support customer complaint management activities that allow the Yantek team to arrive at the location and carry out handling. Several factors that influence the use of information systems in organizations are Information Systems (IS) Success Model and task technology fit (TTF). This study aims to identify the usefulness of TTF and IS Success Model on employee performance using Yantek Mobile PLN. This study uses the Yantek Mobile Application, which is used to facilitate field officers to facilitate task mobility, and data can be directly inputted into the application so that the results can be directly monitored. The Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method was used to test the research hypothesis. This quantitative research uses a survey approach to respondents, who must be from the Yantek division unit (Technical Services) in the Main Distribution Unit of East Java, UP3 Mojokerto. The results of this study show that the most influential factors in improving task technology fit are task characteristics. The most significant factor in increasing usage behavior is system quality, recommendations for PLN to improve services through the use of the PLN mobile application with the concentrate on important factors or determinants ranging from the largest to the slightest effect.
