Abstract
Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol Semarang-Demak merupakan satu dari empat belas ruas tol Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) untuk menampung peningkatan volume kendaraan terutama di wilayah jalan nasional pantura sekaligus merevitalisasi kawasan industri. Rencana Proyek Jalan Tol Semarang-Demak akan dibangun sepanjang 27 kilometer. Pada pekerjaan perbaikan Tanah di Proyek Jalan Tol Semarang-Demak menggunakan Pre-fabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) dan Pre-fabricated Horizontal Drain (PHD) dengan pola pemasangan segitiga serta menggunakan Preloading. Ada perbedaan penurunan yang direncanakan dengan penurunan aktual di lapangan dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Besar penurunan menggunakan metode analisis empiris satu dimensi 1D terzaghi lebih besar nilai penurunannya dibandingkan dengan penurunan yang terjadi dilapangan dengan Nilai Cv yang diperoleh pada metode terzaghi sebesar 8,16 x 10-5 cm2/s dengan mencapai derajat konsolidasi 90% pada hari 36 hari dan 152 hari dalam 100% konsolidasi sedangkan pada metode asaoka memiliki nilai Cv rata rata sebesar 2,202 x 10-8 cm2/s bervariasi pada range hari 167-724 hari sehingga penurunan konsolidasi dilapangan terjadi lebih lambat dibandingkan dengan perhitungan analisis empiris.

The Semarang-Demak Toll Road Development Project is one of the fourteen toll roads of the National Strategic Project (PSN) to accommodate the increased volume of vehicles, especially in the north coast national road area as well as revitalize industrial areas. The Semarang-Demak Toll Road Project Plan will be built with a length of 27 kilometers. In the Soil improvement work on the Semarang-Demak Toll Road Project using Pre-fabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) and Pre-fabricated Horizontal Drain (PHD) with a triangular installation pattern and using Preloading. There is a difference between the planned reduction and the actual reduction in the field within a certain period of time. The magnitude of the settlement using the one-dimensional 1D terzaghi empirical analysis method is greater than the settlement that occurs in the field with the Cv value obtained in the terzaghi method of 8.16 x 10-5 cm2/s and achieving a degree of consolidation of 90% on day 36 days and need 152 days get 100% consplidation degree while in the asaoka has an average Cv value of 2.202 x 10-8 cm2/s varying in the range of 167-724 days so that the consolidation settlement in the field occurs more slowly than empirical analysis calculations.
