Abstract
PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang berdiri tahun 2014 yang bergerak dibidang mekanikal dan elektrikal sebagai penyedia sistem infrastruktur sekaligus kontraktor Data Center dan Smart City. Berdasarkan data perusahaan, ditemukan penurunan pendapatan perusahaan. Salah satu usaha untuk mengevaluasi perusahaan yaitu dilakukan pengukuran kinerja perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini menguji dan menggambarkan bisnis model dengan menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC) perusahaan PT. XYZ. Pelaksanakan pengukuran kinerja digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar usaha yang dilakukan perusahaan, untuk mengetahui kinerja perusahaan digunakan Balanced Scorecard (BSC), sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai arahan strategi perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksploratif dengan metode interview kepada para Board of Director serta kuesioner kepada karyawan PT. XYZ. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian berupa menghasilkan sebanyak 13 (tiga belas) strategi obyektif, melalui strategi obyektif tersebut, dihasilkan 13 Key Performance Indicator yang terdiri dari 3 KPI perspektif keuangan, 2 KPI perspektif customer, 5 KPI perspektif internal business process, dan 3 KPI perspektif learning and growth

PT XYZ is a company founded in 2014 which is engaged in the mechanical and electrical sector as an infrastructure system provider as well as a Data Center and Smart City contractor. Based on company data, a decrease in company revenue was found. One effort to evaluate the company is to measure the company's performance. In this study tested and described the business model using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) company PT. XYZ. Implementation of performance measurement is used to find out how much effort the company is doing, to find out the company's performance using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), so that it can be used as a direction for the company's strategy. This study used an exploratory approach with interviews with the Directors and questionnaires with employees of PT. XYZ. The results obtained from the research were to produce 13 (thirteen) strategic objectives, through these strategic objectives, 13 Key Performance Indicators were produced consisting of 3 KPIs from a financial perspective, 2 KPIs from a customer perspective, 5 KPIs from an internal business process perspective, and 3 KPIs from a customer perspective. learning and growth
