Abstract

Small and Medium Industries (SMIs) in Indonesia play an important role in various aspects of the national economy. One of the causes of industrial pollution is the large number of small industries. A form of the company's environmental commitment, one of which is by implementing a more environmentally friendly supply chain, called Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM). GSCM is also a good way to balance environmental, economic and social benefits. However, the practice of GSCM has not been widely applied in developing countries, especially in SMEs. Some literature places more emphasis on the impact of GSCM on economic performance or environmental performance, but social and operational performance is not mentioned much. There is theory that can be used to predict and consider personal determinant influences that can contribute to improving the prediction of corporate intent for GSCM practice, that is the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Some literature places more emphasis on the impact of GSCM on economic performance or environmental performance, but social and operational performance is not mentioned much. This study aims to identify the influence of the TPB (attitude, subjective norm, percived behavioral control) model on IKM leaders on Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) practices. As well as identifying the influence of GSCM practices on environmental, economic, operational, and social performance. The object of this study is SMIs in Surabaya. The primary data of this study was obtained from a survey using a questionnaire. Data analysis using PLS-SEM. The model that the authors are trying to build in this study can contribute to adding new insights to the field of research related to GSCM practice, as well as being input for stakeholders. The results show that attitude has a positive and significant effect on intention, and ultimately has a significant positive effect on GSCM practice. However, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control do not significantly influence the intention to practice GSCM. The results also show that GSCM practices significantly improve social, environmental, economic, and operational performance in SMIs
