Abstract

Sistem distribusi merupakan salah satu sistem terpenting yang berkembang pesat dalam sistem tenaga listrik. Dalam perkembangannya sistem distribusi menjadi semakin besar dan kompleks sehingga menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan di dalamnya, seperti rugi-rugi daya. Terlebih lagi, penggunaan energi terbarukan sebagai Distributed Generation (DG) yang semakin meluas, misalnya turbin angin juga dapat mempengaruhi karakteristik penyulang karena keluarannya yang tidak menentu. Permasalahan ini dapat diselesaikan dengan melakukan rekonfigurasi dinamis yang mempertimbangkan perubahan beban dan energi terbarukan . Rekonfigurasi dinamis dilakukan pada jaringan distribusi radial 20 kV ULP Teluk Betung, Bandar Lampung menggunakan metode Grasshopper Optimization Algorithm (GOA) untuk meminimalisir rugi daya. Terdapat tiga kondisi yang dipertimbangkan, pertama ketika jaringan distribusi 20 kV tidak terhubung DG, terhubung DG, dan perbandingan hasil antara terhubung dan tidak terhubung DG. Setelah dilakukannya rekonfigurasi, sistem jaringan yang terhubung DG menghasilkan rugi-rugi daya paling minimal. Dari hasil simualasi, didapatkan penurunan rugi daya aktif dan reaktif sebesar 25,08 % dan 24,98 % dengan nilai 3153,55 kW dan 5596,60 kVAR terhadap konfigurasi awal

The distribution system is one of the most important systems that is growing rapidly in the electric power system. In its development, the distribution system has become increasingly large and comlex, causing various problems in it, such as power losses. Moreover the growing use of renewable energy as Distributed Generation (DG), for example wind turbines can also affect the characteristics of feeders due to the dynamic change of the output. This problem can be solved by performing a dynamic reconfiguration that take into account changes in load and renewable energy. Dynamic reconfiguration was carried out on the 20 kV ULP Teluk Betung, Bandar Lampung using Grasshopper Optimization Algorithm (GOA) method to minimize power losses. There are three conditions considered, the first condition is when the 20 kV distribution network is not connected to DG, then connected to DG, and last is a comparison of the results between connected and not connected to DG. From the result of simulation, a decrease in active and reactive power losses was obtained by 25,08 % and 24,98 % with values of 3153,55 kW and 5596,60 kVAR from the initial condition
